Pretty much. Diavolo reiterates throughout Vento Aureo that 'results' are all that matters, so the 'means' are irrelevant, and that's reflected in King Crimson. However, it is our actions and intentions which make up the world, so that's flawed reasoning: Means matter. This is expanded on in the chapter that Abbacchio dies.
Speaking of VA, it doesn't come up all that often, but it is in many ways similar to Stardust Crusaders - most stand battles have counterparts to those of Dio's minions. Just something I thought I should throw out there.

Araki did the Ice Bucket Chhallenge.
No fucks were given.
As for the GER discussion, if you read Medaka Box, think of GER as the same as Kumagawa's All-Fiction, except Giorno can also erase actions while Kumagawa is limited to things. Also, GER requires contact with the target. Giorno inflicted death to Diavolo and then erased the action of dying, cause Diavolo to repaetedly suffer death without dying. As for why each death is different from the others, that can be explained by "It just works".
Oh yeah...IIRC, it also gives a contrast to GER; KC removes the cause of an effect. GER removes the effect of a cause.
I forget...Is all this explained in the text or it's kinda glanced over? Then again, I read those shit scans.

"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018GER doesn't require contact. He undid all of Diavolo's actions while Diavolo was skipping through time, after all.
It sorta reminds me of the Gae Bolg from Fate Stay Night. Once it's aimed at someone, it will pierce the target's heart. There's very little to be done to avoid this, as the effect has already been decided, the Gae Bolg just needs to alter reality a bit to form the cause.
"What's out there? What's waiting for me?"God dammit, why is Araki so awesome? I hope he challenged Kubo.
I'm just now getting around to watching this week's episode of the anime. Did they just add a third named chicken to the two in the manga? I like it.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyIf Kubo did, who would he challenge?
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Some of his female characters, hopefully probably. And then they (or he) would challenge other people, like "his editor(s)", other mangaka, or people he knows.
I think it was still three chickens in the manga as well actually.
And I think the three of them were named already.
i'm at Wekapipo and Magenta Magenta. everything's connected, huh?
and, in following with the translator's notes, i've given Magenta Magenta Mandark's voice.
President Valentine's Stand has the most long-winded name i've seen in this manga. i can see why you guys abbreviate it.

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.Even he calls it D 4 C. Although it's still not the longest in the series. That probably goes to Boku no Rhythm wo Kiitekure which was Oyecomova unnamed Stand. Green, Green Grass of Home and Burning Down the House are also strong contenders.
Was Yagiyama's stand ever named? I think it might have been "I am a Rock, I am an Island" or something like that.
Officially it seems to be "I am a Rock"
How the hell does Araki look so young. Is he a pillar man who unlocked his ultimate evolution?
It's well established that he's a Ripple user.
like araki's what 50 something? he looks like he is in his 20's or early 30's.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is 28. Araki looks younger than his own manga.
that explains a lot.
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not. He's 50, he took the ice bucket challenge and won. He's either a Hamon user or has Ghiaccio's White Album.
crowner idea
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018Araki's Stand is called "Dorian Gray." its ability is exactly what the name implies.

The sad, REAL American dichotomy
Basically, GER took away the effect of death. Whereas dying would normally kill a person, GER killed Diavolo and then reset it back to the moment before death.
It's supposed to mirror how King Crimson takes away cause.
