Episode was great. Enyaba's VA is amazing. Hol Horse's exit from the graveyard is pretty awesome. Next week(IIRC): The Lovers.
They could have stretched these 2 episodes into 3 if they wanted to but I'm happy they didn't.
Yeah it was a great episode. Enya and Polanreff 's convo was great, as was the toilet tongue. Probably one of my favorite episodes so far and I didn't even like Justice much in the manga. Her vA did do a great job and really they just did an incredible job with Enya period, she's gotten a lot more love for me than before.
Also: Enya Geil > Photodad.
And the Lovers next week? Awesome, I loved that one. Also good for making steely dan look a bit more distinct from Rubber Soul. I thought they were the same person when I first saw them in the manga lol.
Speaking of which there was some fridge brilliance in the hermit purple segment where they discover the "traitor among them" The first channels he flips through(before the actual message is said) has the cartoon where one guy is about to eat another and says "I'm hungry" and next channel talks about gold, which is yellowish in color. Thought that was kind of neat.
Who knows, Vertigo; maybe the inevitable DIU adaptation will have you warm up to Kiradad, the same way you just warmed up to Enya.
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018Nah Kiradad was just a dumb character with a dumb gimmick and was basically a rehashed enya minus the zany personality. I never disliked Enya but she wasn't one of my favorites since you know, her stand lost in the dumbest way.
It's great how Jotaro's theme ALWAYS kicks in and let's the audience know something awesome is about to happen.
So I take it this is when Part 3 starts Growing the Beard.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Part III was always pretty awesome to begin with, imo (even with the inconsistencies with the stands in the beginning, since stands were a new thing) but I think Part III gets really really good in Egypt.

"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018This theme screams "someone's about get their ass kicked".
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.I think the beard growth starts with Devo myself. Egypt is where the beard goes full on Viking.
Devo is probably the best point to mark beard growth. The fights before him were pretty short and boring, save for Silver Chariot.
Loved that part on the Justice episode where Polnareff says "Aren't you taking this revenge thing a little bit too far, old lady?"

How long before it gets to ZZ Top ?

@Comun: If Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has taught me anything, it's that revenge killing is terrible when a villain does it but perfectly just when heroes do it!
"What's out there? What's waiting for me?"Its already done him.
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowSame for Jojo's.
Joking aside, it's all a matter of context. J. Geil Centerfold hurt a lot of people pretty badly, and planned on hurting more. Polnareff's sister, on the other hand, never did nuffin to nobody. And while Polnareff was very single-minded in the pursuit of his revenge, he also didn't force other people to fight for him, let alone kill an entire town or use a cementery's worth of corpses.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. She killed the town? I thought she just found a cemetery and made it look like a town. Why bother turning the town into a cemetery?
I kind of wish that Jotaro had replaced his uniform by having Star Platinum make a new one. It has super-drawing powers, why not super-sewing?
I'm pretty sure Polnareff thinks it's silly for Enya to try to kill him for what J. Geil did considering that J. Geil raped and murdered his sister.
Enya is acting like her son was a saint and planning on defiling an entire cemetery worth of corpses in addition to killing four people for her serial rapist of a son.
Well, he IS still her son...
"And you must be Jonathan Joestar!" - SueEnya is just as insane as her son is, minus the pervert part. She completely ignored all the bad things he's done and sees him as a perfectly good person(just like photodad) despite her son being a Complete Monster. She's probably a large reason he's like that in the first place.
Revenge is one thing but justice is another and J. Geil had it coming so so hard. He totally deserved every brutal impale he got.
I feel like the anime kind of made the earlier fights more enjoyable. One thing about the post-devo fights is that the villains got more characterization which made them more interesting.

My usual views on justice are relaxed for people who are difficult to lock up or to apprehend at all.
"What's out there? What's waiting for me?"Just watched the new episode. I like how they added Hol Horse sneaking into the room behind Enya while she was gloating (although I initially thought it was Joseph :P).
but HOW?GTA San Andreas and GTA V got me thinking, can anyone imagine a Jojo part where the main characters were gangbangers with Stands? Shit it be like Menace II Society or Boyz N The Hood with Stands and shit, we already did a Japanese delinquent gang thing with Part 4 and the Mafia with Part 5, might as well go South Central.

I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowHol Horse may have been afraid that he would die, but he was even more afraid that he wouldn't have any screen time.
And that's terrible.
Additionally, I honestly thought that Hol Horse was going to join the group after what Enya did when I first read this part in the manga.
Some people reckon he was supposed to, but then Araki changed his mind for some reason.
Yes.
