Now I'm worried about this E! guy's opinion on Super Mario Bros.

Weak plot? Well, yeah, but sheesh... a game that nails the feeling of being read a storybook by a kindly babysitter who has provided warm blankies and delicious soup so spot-on has to get some credit.

T He lamest excuse I can recall is people not giving Lost Planet 2 a chance because the controls were "too hard". Like a load of shit they are! There is no way that Lost Planet 2's controls could not be figured out in under 10 minutes. It's crap like that that caused such a great game to suffer so much!

My Ideas only need to make sense to me; even if the idea in question involves other people!

Game Spot liked Sonic and the Secret Rings because Sonic is the only playable character in the story mode.

My cousin's friend thinks that the Metroid series sucks because the main character is female.

Re: Entertainment Weekly and Kirby:

You know the really funny part about that?

This was their official review:

A pink globe gets plopped into a world constructed of colorful twine and craftsy cloth, and the result is likely the most adorable game ever. Yes, it's kinda easy, but you'll never stop smiling. B+

Worst Game of the Year indeed.

Which he had to defend.

^ Wow. I guess I should be glad he didn't review Sonic Colors.

Game Spot liked Sonic and the Secret Rings because Sonic is the only playable character in the story mode.

That... doesn't really sound all that lame. Perhaps an elaboration is in order?

Here's what "The Good" of the review says:

  • Nice graphics and great level design
  • Excellent sense of speed
  • Varied challenges keep the game interesting
  • Dozens of multiplayer minigames.

Nothing about Sonic being the only playable character there.

I disagree with the whole "Sonic should be the only playable character" anyway. Knuckles was just as fun, if not more so, in Sonic 3 And Knuckles.

I swear to god, the next person who tries to tell me that "Pokemon is such a kiddy game!" will be choked to death with a DS charger cord.

Also, my friend doesn't like Professor Layton "because Game FA Qs has crappy answers for the puzzles."

What.

Kids these days. Going to GameFAQs for everything. Okay, it's justified in RPG games considering how much Guide Dang It! is often stuffed into them with all the secret weapons and such, but using guides practically kills the whole point of playing an adventure puzzle game.

Bashing a game because it feels like its predecessor always came off as idiotic to me. I mean, if the predecessor was good, this is an expansion pack at worst.
