The image on Sunglasses at Night doesn't contains any sunglasses or any evidence that it's night, outside of the text. It's another of those "quote panel" images.

I don't think it would be terribly hard to find an actual image of someone wearing sunglasses at night, but I guess you never know until you start looking.

...After looking that up on The Other Wiki I had to listen to the song myself.

It really is quite horrible. Edit note: Turn down speakers before starting. The video maker has a hellish label at the opening.

Well, if you can call it a story, but yeah, I think you have the right of it. :)

I was about to create a new topic to point this trope out, glad I did a forum search before doing so. The current pic is just terrible at depicting the trope, how can it be still up ?

I like Ace Noctali's image, but as I already went to the trouble of editing this, might as well post it. Bandit Keith in a cave, though the sunglasses aren't that clear and it's Youtube quality, but like I said.

Yeah, I prefer the other picture.

That pic is pretty good, but what comes to mind for me is something from one of the Matrix sequels, say this◊, this◊, or this◊. Strangely enough, I can't find a good pic of Neo flying from the start of Reloaded...

The first one is ok but not great, but with the rain and the sheer amount of shadows the other two are hard to make out that he's wearing glasses and his eyes aren't just hidden by more shadows.

The first link isn't working properly, and I'm not diggin' Agent Smith in the rain so much.

This image◊ is of the Blues Brothers from the moment of the quote. Or I think it is - it's definitely dark out, at any rate.
