Turn-offs: When someone throws in an example for a trope without noticing that the same example is already in the list. Angry political types. Vandals. Losing nuance. People upset that they might actually learn something from the wiki beyond "Yup, Buffy The Vampire Slayer used this trope, too." and doing anything they can prevent that happening to anyone else. Overused snowclones.
