Jack Skellington is my new hero in KHUX. In his honor I'm drawing him for day 2 of Inktober.

Yeah I expect Jack will be a huge help to a lot of F2P players

but of course I have exactly 0 Merriweathers in my inventory so I can't guilt him until Wednesday

People can beat Moogle of Glory Adamantite 2 by using 2 guilt Jacks.

Seeing as the word 'guilt' has a negative meaning, I was a little weirded out when I saw it pop up as a term for medal-augmentation.

But I won't enquire any further for risk of spoiling myself.

Guilting Jack is surprisingly easy.

(I got lucky and rolled a 95% my first go, too.)

Okay so my Sweetheart Beast medal has five dots on it and I still can't use my Magic Mirror medals on it. Am I missing something? I thought they were supposed to increase the Guilt power.

I think magic mirror only works if the thing is already guilted.

By "five dots" I assume you mean five dots plus the square that activates guilt % (i.e. you already have the medal guilted). If it's not already guilted, Magic Mirrors won't work.

The only other reasons I can think of is that you already have Sweetheart Beast at max guilt (50%) or you have the Magic Mirror locked.

Is it ever explained why Riku blindfolds himself in Days?

Something about his eyes being unable to lie. It was rather vague.

I don't think it's ever explained directly, but my understanding of it is that it's some sort of means for keeping the darkness/Xehanort's Heartless at bay/sealed within him, akin to a ritual, habit, or self-imposed discipline, as it comes off when he transforms into Xehanort!Heartless during the Roxas fight (suggesting dark mode might come bursting out or something if he doesn't keep it contained, though I'm not sure if stuff contradicts this). Dunno if there's something that says otherwise, but that's the overall impression I get.

Basically that. He used it as a means to keep Ansem and his darkness contained, although whether it was a mental or mechanic thing isn't explicit.

So with the attribute gems Starlight has gone from the worst keyblade to the best.

Sweet, i have no idea how to get attribute gems or how to use them to make starlight the best

I have recently 25'd all my keyblades except Moogle, Starlight, TT thanks to shared medals by other people since the recent Epic Attackers banner + Jack Skellington.

See, all the free-to-players whining on reddit about no brooms, we just need to wait and we'll catch up to JP even without brooms. At the risk of sounding like an oppressive airline, F2P will always be economy-class citizens, but eventually bones will be thrown to help them catch up.
