I'm having trouble with scrolling on this site.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but if scroll down to the bottom of a page, and then go back to the previous page, it'll be at the bottom too, even if I wasn't at the bottom when I was there earlier.

Stuff like that.

Both ways go great for me.

Guess who was playing with Necrotizing Fasciitis (aka "flesh eating" bacteria) today? Sometimes the medical lab technician biology labs can be a surprising amount of fun.

That almost sounds like the subtitle to a Touhou Game.

How do you play with something like that?

We did experiments to differentiate it from other several other strains of strep, so that involved putting it and the other strains into a Sheep's blood agar, to see how much, if any, hemolytic (blood destroying) action took place, then took a look at it under a microscope to observe the shape and characteristics of them all, then perform some other tests that definitively separated the 3 strains from each other. Plus, putting it on a petri dish with a strain of staph to see how they interacted with each other.

(In fact, on the link posted to wikipedia, you can see the effect of the flesh eating bacteria on a petri dish exactly like the one I was using. The B bacteria is flesh eating bacteria, listed there with its formal name of Streptococcus Pyogenes. You can see the difference in how clear and yellowed out that agar is compared to the others. That's the difference in how aggressively or completely the bacteria is breaking down blood cells.)

I just found out that Grow Home has a Linux port. This was after I downloaded the Windows version and tried to run that. :p

I finished the art for my next graphic novel pitch! Just five pages. One is missing cuz I never uploaded it to imgur. Still need to add lettering and clean things up.
