Troper Updates II, Part II

Today I woke up at 5:50 am. It was in vain. The bastards I was looking for during a dilligence asked me to go there earlier.

The puppy woke me up at 9, so today is gonna be a long day. However, Mom left me with her so I may have to wait until she gets home so I can get my hair cut and go ask about that job.

I'm glad that she's working again, but I really dislike alterations to my schedule.

Was waiting for an hour in the blistering cold for a bus, only to realize it never was coming. I immediately dashed back inside, went on TV Tropes...and immediately fell asleep.

Graceful, I know.

So, I've ordered some photo gear and prepared an Imperial Aquila in vector format for laser-cutting. Apparently nobody wants to make it as a badge for a Commissar Cap, so I went for the next best thing: thick plastic.

Well, Tv Tropes is known as addictive.

From work straight to another village to meet a friend. That's one railroad stop away. Then to meet another friend in the middle of a busy city in a pizzeria. Then to check out my house in another city that's about a 20-minute bus-trip away. Then back to the first city to meet up with some other buddies, then to surf some Tv Tropes.

My room is clean and tidy, all my other chores for the day are done as well, and I'm sitting here in my dressing gown with jazz music and a good glass of Scotch. To quote Spike, 'I don't know if I've ever been so relaxed!'

I have walked so much today that I feel like I've lost some weight. The walk was because I wanted to visit a cousin, but he wasn't in his house so it was in vain. I wanted to keep playing Chain of Memories, but that'll have to wait until tomorrow at the earliest. My favorite team won very narrowly in a difficult match where one of the stars got expelled due to a dumb foul, and I rage-quitted while playing one of the levels of Tropical Freeze in Hard Mode. And I still feel miserable for a mistake I made during my editing tour.

Why is it that I can't see the happy side of life?

You focus too much on the unhappy things.

Check out the bright sides—you may have lost some weight, your favorite team won, and you had time to play at all even if you lost.

I want to go out today, but I don't have anyone to go with and I don't even know where I'd go.

I'm tempted to just get in my car and start driving wherever my hands take me.

I start midterms tomorrow, but I heard of a huge blizzard coming our way will occur this week as well.

My vanilla scented shampoo is out and now I don't know how I will live anymore.

Started playing Space Marine again. Thought about starting the campaign, but then I spent four hours playing multi.

Suddenly I started unlocking stuff I couldn't even touch back then. Revenge kills, savior kills, assists, crazy stuff. Now I just need different helmets for both factions, more precisely a vetbucket and hatebucket.

My sleeping schedule has settled itself to where I have the most energy right at the time I would have to go to work.

Even on my days off.

Agh, if I can't find anything meaningful to do today then I am gonna flip a witch.

A witch?

Yes a witch! It's less morally questionable than flipping a helpless female dog.

How do you know she is a witch?

I'll randomly flick water at people to see whether their skin melts.

No Monty Python joke there? For shame.

I don't like Monty Python. A friend had me over to his house one time when I was a lot younger and we watched Monty Python And The Holy Grail.

The part where the knight got all his limbs cut off really bothered me then...

I thought it was hilarious, but to each their own.

Apologies for the double post, but Mom's work situation is not good. The employers are total jerks to her. She's really hoping for another job, but there's so few pharmacy jobs in Utah and so many pharmacists.

Doctor Who has totally ruined angel statues for me.
