Keep in mind that animation is the opening which is better than stuff from actual episodes.

I don't have anything especially soul-searinbly bad anime to show off (though I could prolly find some more GI JOE EXTREME footage) except maybe this, where an humongous mecha use it's rawking 80's metal hair to create a fire geyser to destroy a police hovercar... And MD Geist II, which spends about a minute having a guy screaming out the plot of the first movie at the start. I watched both this and Psychic Wars, and they were hilariously terrible.

It said 'FINAL PROGRAM', but the F and the I were ridiculously close together. You can see it better in some of the earlier shots.
