I've got a couple. Though the one I've been playing the most is (surprisingly) Pokemon Shuffle. I don't know what it is, but that game's pretty addicting and fun. But it gets bullshitingly hard at points.
A game that I sorta regret buying from the E Shop is the original Shantae. I was so looking forward to playing it but I kind of given up on it cause I'm not having fun. I hate going through the damn overworld. It's just so confusing to go through and frustrating. And it doesn't really help that Shantae's main attack(Her hair whipping) is so short ranged and weak. I've gotten as far as the monkey transformation and I wish it could do something more. Maybe I should just restart/ start a new file because I may have done something wrong early on, but I don't know.At the very least, I still wanna play the sequels if only because they seem more fun.
Also I'm wondering when the hell we're gonna find out the release date for Half Genie hero.
My Tumblr "If theirs one thing I'm good at, it's blowing" Jesse Cox 2013Picross for life.
x5 Yeah, that's one but I could have sworn that I saw it on one of Nintendo's indie game reels for either the 3DS or the Wii U.
EDIT: Actually, looking at the video, maybe that wasn't it. The one I'm remembering looked faster and more colorful.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! The Kickstarter page I found for it said it was coming to Wii U. No idea if it came out or not.
I just learned that Nintendo Badge Arcade has finally hit American shores. It's cute, and totally doesn't paywall you, if you're lucky. However, I find the lack of Play Coin usage a sorely missed opportunity.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefI thought it was Europe that got it, it hasn't made it over to the US yet I don't think.
Here I am, a New Yorker, and I got it on my 3DS as I speak.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefYou were correct until a day or two ago. It's in the States now.
3DS 2016 is looking great, especially if you like RPGs. Mario & Luigi (NA), Pokemon Mystery Dungeon (EU), Yokai (EU), Fire Emblem Fates, Bravely Second, two Dragon Quests, inevitably SMT IV F, and probably more Pokemon/Yokai. Plus other nice stuff like Hyrule Warriors and Fed Force. Good to see the localizations haven't slowed down. Now we just need Style Savvy (in NA) and Rhythm Heaven confirmed.
I'm grateful for the relatively generous amount of free plays in the Badge Arcade.
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerDon't really have an opinion on Badge Arcade yet, but seems like a missed opportunity to use Play Coins. Like, 2 Coins for one play? Or if they want to be really strict, 4 Coins?
Considering you can only get 10 Coins a day and trying to mess with your systems time settings should disable Play Coin gains for 24 hours, unless I'm mistaken.
Also, what is with 3DS and rabbit sales people? Mii Plaza has one, the arcade employee is a rabbit... Is this going to be a trend?
20 cents per play is actually a lot cheaper than real life crane games, and those are even worse about giving anything out!
Though I'm not gonna buy plays unless I see something really awesome.
... Just like a real life crane game. Wow, that's kinda meta.
The rabbits are the helpers characters in Streepass Mii Plaza. Dogs and cats are the generic units you can buy with play coins in Find Mii, and the rabbits are the NPCs.
I already knew the thing about Mii Plaza and the cats and the dogs there.
Anyhow, not disliking the rabbits or anything.
Kind of wish the Plaza allowed you to directly use rabbits instead of cats when you pick that you don't care about Cats vs Dogs.
Also kind of wish the Badge Crane Game had a daily freebie, like the Pokemon Free to Play games.
It does, with the Practice Crane. You have a chance of winning free plays with one of the wooden badges, and you get a guaranteed free play every ten wooden badges total you collect, I think.
Not to mention how generous the rabbit is whenever a new set is added. I've gotten at least one free play from him every day.

I completely lost it at that line.

Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Yeah, the bunny is mega-charming, and I like the answers you can give him. And it was indeed a sorely missed opportunity to use Play Coins. They just don't seem to be using them much these days.
I had some chump change on hand that I didn't see myself using in the eShop anytime soon, so I decided to burn them on a couple of plays. Managed to complete the Mario and Friends set. Mainly because I saw Wario and Waluigi among them, and I HAD to have those.
Aside from the Play Coins issue, I do wish they gave the bunny a name.

When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefSpeaking as a huge RPG fan, the Direct and upcoming lineup is an endless source of joy and hype.
Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia! The problem with Play Coins is, they're infinite. It's possible and common to keep flipping the system calendar back and forth and shake the thing. I think Nintendo's caught onto how abusable they are, and that's why they don't use them anymore.
And I say flipping back and forth because the system resets the pedometer for future dates if you set the calendar back and "walk" a significant amount of steps. (Apparently it's time-paradox-sensitive.) This means you can skyrocket your play coins from zero to the cap while only using a week forward or so. Set it back to the real day after that, and it's like the calendar never changed at all.
I abused this all the time a couple years ago when mowing the lawn, because that's something that takes way more than 1,000 steps.
And my point is?
With how greedy Nintendo's target audience tends to be (Seriously, 20 cents per play for a chance at something purely cosmetic and heavily creativity-dependent is not expensive. If I had a nickel for every time I heard or saw something complaining to that effect on Miiverse, I'd probably have quite a few completed sets.), then Nintendo wouldn't make a penny off of the whole thing if there was an infinite alternative. And even then, there's still free plays up the wazoo.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerThankfully I'm still whoring on Ultimate Angler, so play coins are still of value to me. Not to mention the puzzle pieces you can get a head start on too.
I thought they fixed play coin abuse ages ago?
Eh, not a big deal to me, but whatever.
Though if they did make it so that messing with the calendar/clock disabled play coin gain and use for 24 hours, they could give free plays for 10 play coins a pop?
And yeah, the rabbit is entertaining enough.

Hoping to get Xenoblade Chronicles on the 3DS. Tried and failed to do so at my local Best Buy, hoping I'll have better luck at my EB Games...
Why not just download? SD card space problems?
Too many. I actually need another memory card because I've needed to delete games so I can make room for new ones, but I'm just going to wait until I get a New 3DS first.
My most recent games were Citizens of Earth and Shin Megami Tensei IV, the latter of which is proving difficult to even start, if only because my luck is horrible.
