The Nintendo 3DS

There's literally only two major titles that are N 3 DS exclusive. It's part of every console's life cycle, and it's not even in full swing yet. Just relax.

Two? I know the Xenoblade port is one, but what's the other?

Monster Hunter.

I'm pretty sure Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will still be playable on the regular 3DS. I don't recall it even having special features exclusive to the New 3DS.

...I just realized that I worded it wrong. A NEW 3DS. Not the new revision. There's not even a Western release date for it yet.

Which was implied by the fact that you didn't capitalize it.

Also, speaking of titles enhanced by the N 3 DS, apparently Miiverse and the associated screenshot functionality can't be used with Smash Bros. on the original 3DS. It must really be pushing the system...

There are tons of games that Miiverse doesn't work with.

I'm disappointed, but not surprised. Half the snapshots in Brawl were just making the characters look like they were fucking.

So after playing Project X Zone, I'm looking at a online Let's Play of Super Robot Wars Endless Frontier.

I'd like to see this game and it's sequel (which has no translation) on the E-shop. Be nice to learn more about Haken and Kaguya. Especially from the second one.

I liked Project X Zone up until the end.

Trying to fight the final boss is a nightmare because he BRINGS EVERYONE YOU JUST KILLED back to life when he gets down to half. Not only do you have to worry about the new bosses, you also have to worry about the final boss doing fifty motherfucking million points of damage. I keep forgetting to sell my copy.

Meh. It didn't phase me. I just whooped his ass.

It's also a good way to build up points for using skills as well.

Even if you have all of your teams try to Zerg Rush him it won't work because he'll just end up killing them faster.

Well, I beat the game, so I was clearly doing something right.

I think I even managed to beat him with Mii and Kogoro's end special.

I'm not even going to finish it. I regret buying it in the first place.

Fair enough. I enjoyed it so I have no regrets finishing it.

That being said, I was discussing being able to play Endless Frontier Exceed in English. I'm somewhat baffled by them bringing out the first game, then not doing the same with the second actually.

It'll probably be November at the earliest outside of Japan.

I still have no idea if announcing it just before Smash hit was a good idea. Though launching it with Monster Hunter is probably a good move to get the system out the door. I wander what they're going to use to push it in the west. Xenoblade maybe?

Wow, not just Sonic, but specifically Sonic and the Black Knight, since Caliburn is apparently the weapon of choice. I never thought I would see it again.

IGN had hands on time with the New 3DS at TGS.
