@Yuanchosan - Thanks, I keep meaning to finish that one. I've just lost my tablet pen so I'm stuck with sketches.
Did more sketching today, tried a couple heads facing somewhat different directions along with some general sketchiness though I should probably dedicate a page to it like I did with the women's faces.
Also, found these old sketches I'd almost forgot about . Back when I couldn't really draw kids properly at all. But I like the other sketches (And other parts of the kid sketch 'cept the faces).
"They called me mad, I called them mad, and damn them, they outvoted me." - Nathaniel Lee, playwright, upon being committed to BedlamThanks.
We seem to draw in a somewhat similar style and be at about the same level, although you might be a little better than me. I was going to name you my rival, but I'd rather not fight anyone at the moment.

Just floating around...Very cute, Diu. :3
Random angel drawings. Had to shade them with my touchpad, that was not fun.
@Wheezy - Well, I guess a friendly rivalry never hurt anything.
"They called me mad, I called them mad, and damn them, they outvoted me." - Nathaniel Lee, playwright, upon being committed to BedlamTidal Wave: Thanks. In other news, Dragon fist in japanese is Ryuken, I think.
Fedora Pirate: No, he wasn't. :{ It would have been cool if he was though. I never heard of him till now, but that just shows how out of touch I am with the art community. {Or I've never been in touch at all, I'm most certainly like a man living under a rock.}
"New" art, some are old and just never saw the light of day until now. My post got deleted, so I'm just gonna link them numerically. But maybe it was a good thing, I had posted spoilers to my story, perhaps it was for the better that my post deleted itself.
Reason I hadn't posted some till now is because as you can see, theirs some wonky stuff going on with the lines.
My Twitter!Once again, Fulgate, I love your art! It is simplistic, but still shows so much emotion!
Thanks, now I just need to improve my other stats further, like dialogue.
My Twitter!Suggestion: You should put a little more detail in the Princess' clothes. It all white, and is a tad boring.
By the way, I caught a fucking cold the other day. Glaaaargh...
By the way X2, I'm currently working on a very... VERY long fanfic/ story, and it should be out soon! Woooo~

A friendly flower, and your best friend. He has a knack for funny faces.@Fulgrate I agree with tidal, your art is a good reason to check this thread :).
When you start your story I will read it for sure.
Make your hearth shine through the darkest night; let it transform hate into kindness, evil into justice, and loneliness into love.Shadow Dimentio: Yeah, I've been thinking of adding a pattern and some details to the Princess's dress, but for now, I'm keeping it simple and plain. I'm waiting until inspiration strikes to be able to add really unique details to her attire. For now, I just want her white to contrast against the knight's black. I'll probably look through a catalogue of medieval Princess clothes before getting down to it.
For starters, I didn't want to go with the usual royal drapes royalty wear. I was actually aiming for something that downplays her royalness. Thus, why the base of her clothes design is simple. I'll eventually spice it up though.
Fallen Legend: Thanks, look forward to an epic story. I myself am a little over-eager to start already, but I don't want to mess up like the last story, so I'm waiting until everything is "perfect"{for lack of a better word} before starting the main part.
Here's the Knight and Princess, with a some focus on their weapons.
Knight with blade, and Princess with magnifying glass.
EDIT: I once made some characters in Dark Souls that reflected the "Knight and Princess" theme, and then I made fan art of it. Here is that fan art, right here.◊

My Twitter!I just thought of a really big problem I have with your pictures. Your torsos are absurdly long. Seriously. They're like noodles.
A friendly flower, and your best friend. He has a knack for funny faces. Not sure what you mean, if the hips look like their close to the ground, it's just the pants are baggy , the legs of the knight are of near normal proportion. Itt should be evident here, on the left. It's also easier to see where his legs are in these action sketches. With the Princess, you can't really tell because of her long cloth. I need to work on my skills if they are appearing to have 3/4s body lengths due to the way their attire looks. Unless you mean they are overall too thin in which case, it's part of the style I'm going for with them.
Also, an example of why I didn't want to go elaborate on the Princess's dress here, in this early example. And that is why I gotta wait for the right moment.

My Twitter!Well I get why you didn't want to really start drawing the Princess until later. A suggestion: if you ever intend for her to have any action scenes, make her clothing simple. Otherwise it'll be a nightmare to draw.
A friendly flower, and your best friend. He has a knack for funny faces.I attempted lighting that wasn't vaguely in the front/above. Uh, still working on the expressions thing—she's kind of...smiling...if you look at it long enough...
Tumblr here.Very nice! One thing I'd suggest trying is to make the bounce light/edge light a different colour than the main light source. Maybe something in a warm orange or red since the main light source here appears to be green.
