She simply disconnects Ulquiorra from from the fight, which results in an instant win for her.

Ulquiorra can easily dodge missiles and bullets, or even just tank them with ease. Some of her attacks can be a threat if he's not paying attention but since Ulqui is rather ruthless in battle, he'll just pierce her throat and be done with it.

Well Clockwerk is a robot so I think he can win this one unless that guy can make robot heads explode too.
I think Clockwerk wins unless those two have powerful ranged attacks. Then it depends on who can last longer though Clockwerk has adavntage in that department since he has fallen to lava twice and didn't melt.
