Everything a Grunt has (armor-piercing claws, plasma weaponry, tendency to make suicidal charges with primed explosives) is something Lenna has fought and won against before. She also has literal aimbot built into her brain
, so even if her UMP9 is practically an ancient relic compared to anything the UNSC fields, it would still be lethal against a Grunt.

The Medic usually isn't really a solo fighter. His bonesaws and syringe guns are really more emergency weapons until he can get to safety or get his Medigun locked onto and healing someone who can draw fire and keep him out of danger.
That said, his opponent here is a blob. He can handle this one.

Considering that Clay is over five times the size of the average human, he could just squash The Medic, but wouldn't have the heart to. That being said, he'd definitely defeat him easily with his fire-breathing abilities.
