Loki should be glad he wasn't here. Being called a puny god probably hurts his feelings.
I'm just glad that I'm not Thor.
@Insane: If she must, then yeah I see you're point. I'm still holding on to the theory he's just a plain old orignal character.
Those space fish/whales had it rough too.
What? They took all the good ones already...should of said Thor or Loki first

Some observations on The Promise, based on what I found up on Tumblr:
Okay, so, Zuko asking Ozai for advice is a really bad idea, but I'm willing to go along with the idea that Zuko would decide to do that since, as far as I can remember, Iroh's still chilling out in Ba Sing Se running his tea shop and flying half-way across the world every time he needed to ask for advice probably wouldn't work all that well either.
If Iroh is in Ba Sing Se, though, that raises a pretty big question — if Kuei's going to go all "I'm a real leader now, and I say the Fire Nation gets out of my country or else," why isn't Iroh caught up in that? He's just as much Fire Nation as the colonists of the Yu Dao are, and he'd make excellent leverage to use against Zuko.
Actually, do they ever say what Iroh's up to at all? I didn't see anything about him in what I saw.
We shall see in Part 3
"You can reply to this Message!"I want to see some Bolin development. IMO we've got plenty already from the other three Team Avatar meme-bers.
Bolin's development episode was clearly the 5th episode
Luminous beings are we, not this crude matterI've been thinking that a satisfying way to end the the Equualist arch might be for ar a character (probably Mako) to willingly and publicly give up their bending. It would be an admission of fault on the part the benders for allowing Mako to go through through with it as well as an Oh My God What Have I Done moment for the Equualists after seeing a bender's self sacrifice. Mako being the one to willngwly give up up bendiing makes the most sense because he is a fire-bender (the most inherently dangerous) and his source of income came from his bending. It's just a theoy.
I'll just stand here... and... pose.Well, I've seen the first two episodes of this.
So far, Tenzin is my favourite character.
I REALLY don't like Mako (at the moment)
"Contests fought between two masters are decided instantly. An invisible battle is now raging between the two of them." Lulu vs SchneizelTo be bluntly honest, that doesn't make much sense. It'd be like saying you could have stopped the Bolshevik Revolution by having one rich guy burn all his money. Its just a symbolic gesture, it doesn't really do anything to actually address the underlying issues.
Of course, we still don't really know what exactly the Equalist's issues are... (Yes I'm still bitter about this)
Okay, I've now seen episode 3
... I'm not supposed to be AGAINST Amon, right? (cuz I'm not)
"Contests fought between two masters are decided instantly. An invisible battle is now raging between the two of them." Lulu vs SchneizelAmon's morality is hotly debatable at that point, yeah. He thrives off of his moral high ground, like any revolutionary leader does.
Your call, the nick site even has a "Are you a bender or an equalist?" kind of questionnaire.

Welp, I'm an equalist.
ALL the fucking way
"Contests fought between two masters are decided instantly. An invisible battle is now raging between the two of them." Lulu vs SchneizelI just like how his men are all Badass Normals. (I LOVE Badass Normals)
ugh... the fucking shipping -_-
"Contests fought between two masters are decided instantly. An invisible battle is now raging between the two of them." Lulu vs SchneizelSo... I'm guessing the shipping is gonna become pretty prominent in this series? -_-
"Contests fought between two masters are decided instantly. An invisible battle is now raging between the two of them." Lulu vs SchneizelThere's a separate thread for shipping-related conversation. Go complain about shipping there.
No need to be rude, 42. But yes, there is. If you preer to avoid it entirely, this is the thread.
:smug:k, guys. Born is here. I guess I'm off.
Born hates me with the fiery hot intensity of a million Foreman grills
not without good reason, mind. I guess I just grate on him more than most

"Contests fought between two masters are decided instantly. An invisible battle is now raging between the two of them." Lulu vs SchneizelIcan see Mako forfeiting his beng as being a decisive eough jesture of goodwill to silence the Equelists' protest long enogh to negotiate some sort of setllement.
