Yeah but is just gloss over, like "we are here and we can do whatever we want, fuck you" and the fact spirits can leave with easy put a disbalance with human, making Spirit that guy who leave with you but run in the first moment of trouble.
Is the same shit with equialist in first season, the writer make thing to complex to be resolved in one season so they just....drop it and move to the next
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Yes, like I said, the spirits are mostly indifferent to humans — they neither hurt nor help. But there are spirits that are helpful as well, and dismissing them all as dicks is overly simplistic.
And yes, it is a complicated problem, that certainly won't be resolved in a year or two. In fact, it's something Korra and all her future reincarnations will be working for from now on, just like she was once the great bridge.
That is a constant problem with the writing of this series. Bryke will introduce a conflict at the beginning of a season, and then completely ignore it in favor of something else- usually something much stupider and less interesting- at the end of a season.
yeySomething that was rectified in the last two seasons, which never lost sight of the main conflict. And I loved Amon's backstory, and the back half of season 2 was better than the first.
This is just a reminder that Unalaq's plan ended up being "Become Laser Satan."
Season 2 was silly throughout.
But the battle was awesome, so I don't give a damn.
I had no idea the spirits in LOK were disliked. I didn't give them too much thought, and I haven't noticed a particularly large difference between them and the ones that have appeared so far in ATLA.

Crow: There's a plot?>which never lost sight of the main conflict
>Book 4
Riiight.
I didn't give that much of a thought about the spirits, either. (Except for Wan Shi Tong, wtf happened with him, honestly.)
Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself. There is definitely a big difference in him! He was crazy to begin with anyway. His neck is so creepy.
Crow: There's a plot?Yeah. In Avatar, Wan Shi Tong was just like,
- Wan Shi Tong: This is a house of learning! You humans just come here and break things and steal from me to help you wage war on each other! I'm done with it!
- Aang: No no no, it's not like that at all. We're not planning to break anything.
- Wan Shi Tong: What purpose do you want my knowledge for?
- Aang: It's, uh....
- Wan Shi Tong: It's war, isn't it?
- Aang: No no no, it's—
- Sokka: Dude, Aang, I got the stuff we need for the war!
- Wan Shi Tong: Yeah, no. Done with all of this.
and then he ragequitted humanity. It was antagonistic to the main characters' goal of totally jacking his knowledge and using it for war, but it wasn't villainous. Korra's Wan Shi Tong was outright villainous for no real reason.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Not really "no reason", Wan Shi Tong was basically operating off of sins of the fathergrandfather due to what you stated. The only real problem I have with it the fact WST sided with Unalaq due him being "friends to the spirits", but we're never shown that.
Motive decay, seems like.
Did Bryke write the library episode of ATLA?
Forever liveblogging the AvengersThat actually strikes me as a great example of the initial plot being replaced by something dumber. In the first few episodes, it appears Unalaq's plan is to cement northern control of the Southern Water Tribe over the south in wake of a cultural drift that he believes is causing the current calamity. A very realistic conflict with lots of historical parallels. It's only toward the end of the season that it's revealed to be a "Laser Satan" plan.
Well, if the "cultural drift" or whatever was angering the spirits was the real problem, it wouldn't be something you could easily tie up at the end of the season.
There is no beginning. There is no end. There is only... Hooty.Riiight.
Yes, right.
Season 4 was about Korra recuperating from previous events and Kuvira's rise to power, and the season never veered from those two main plot points.
Yeah you might have issues with Season 4, but a lack of focus wasn't really it.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Much as I have problems with this show, I have to agree. The later seasons were overwhelmingly better than the earlier ones. From what I remember, Season 4 started off with setting Kuvira up as a dictator, and the rest of the season follows up on the threat of Kuvira the dictator. A clean straight line, very neat. Pose a question, answer that question.
yeyAnd most importantly, never answer a question that isn't "How Beat Laser Satan" with "Laser Godzilla Girl Punches Laser Satan in the face"
Especially a nuanced one, with plenty of room to humanize both sides and show everyone involved has a point, such that they should really just goddamn get tied in a room together for an hour to work out their differences
to be fair, it does part end with "girl away a Blast to the face" which put thing in perpective
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"And here we see an exquisite performance of a traditional dance by air acolytes. In lieu of bending, a representation of the air element is used instead.
Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youThis a good time to mention how much Zaheer reminds of Charles Manson?

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.I do not fully understand what that is but I do fully understand that it would make an amazing birthday present for a friend of mine.
What are nendoroids?

And it's not like we ever see the spirits prevent anyone from moving back into their houses, vines and all. In fact, two years later humans and spirits are living quite nicely together, although we're still a while off from true cohabiting.
