But that blog is nice to Korrasami and did a bunch of thingies on why it's great.
Oh really when?I like Asami, but I always got the impression the writer didn't really know what to do with her.
I agree that one was a little weak, but it still had some funny parts.
People are mirrors. If you smile, a smile will be reflected.do you even know what blog this is
EDIT: Whoops.
I mean. Ultimately I viewed it as critical, overall, but.

I wouldn't call Asami "flat". Underdeveloped and underutilized, maybe, but not flat. And yeah, "flat" doesn't necessarily mean "bad". Iroh and Toph didn't have much development, but they were awesome (although it would have been nice to see Toph develop regardless. Oh well).
Oh God! Natural light! She grew up, discovered that height was overrated and shrank down again. So to avoid startling people, she let it happen gradually.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersYou're confusing "flat" with "static".
Did I? How so?
Oh God! Natural light!A Flat Character isn't a character who has little to no development, as you seem to be implying. That would be a Static Character. Uncle Iroh was a Static Character during the course of the series, but he certainly not a flat one. He is quite rounded.

Ah, I thought it might be that. Well, I think that Asami still manages to be a rounded character, although she suffers from lack of focus.
Oh God! Natural light! To be fair, the lion's share of development went to Korra and Mako....even Bolin was one the writers had a hard time with. I disagree with Toph being static, given a definite difference between her debut and The Runaway. It's not much development, but it is noticeable.
Fans on tumblr are really annoyed at Korranation.
People are mirrors. If you smile, a smile will be reflected.May I ask why?
Oh God! Natural light! The post in the link. They're basically saying Korra didn't get screwed over by the network.
People are mirrors. If you smile, a smile will be reflected.Kinda cynical that response (Toonami's) and disingenuous considering there was some self-infliction. Not entirely wrong from an outside and pure marketing standpoint, but definitely cynical.

Actually, it's Toonami that posted it. Korra Nation just reblogged it.

Oh God! Natural light!I know. But by reblogging it they opened a can of worms.
People are mirrors. If you smile, a smile will be reflected.Toonami kinda knows a thing or two about being screwed by the network. Yeah, shame on Nick for lack of advertising past Book 1, dicking around with timeslots, and sitting on Book 3 for so long; but I personally think Nick simply wasn't prepared to deal with the what Korra turned into by its end.

PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyNick's treatment of Korra was atrocious but at least they let it have a full run. Unfortunately they'll probably just sit on the IP now and release the occasional graphic novel instead of trying to do something with it.

I don't mind how Nick treated Korra. 4 seasons, around 50 episodes, and I approve of digital distribution.

Nope, not reading that anti-asami or anti-korrasami meta, thanks. i've already blocked so many pissy makorra folks on tumblr for hopping on that bandwagon.
I mean, Iroh in ATLA was a flat character. Flat doesn't mean bad.
I'm talking about this post.
