-it looks like a chaos predator tank is begin to start rolling over towards the group to open fire only for it to explode after getting hit a big ball of plasma-

Icaras: {move any world eater corpses you capture to that zone you've got secured unless you have someone that can extract the gene-seed on site. I'll be there to commence the process shortly}

-Hadriel the dreadnought meanwhile is bashing a leman russ in with his close combat hand-

Cult

-the preacher stands there for a few moments like its taking his brain a moment or two to process the responses-

Preacher: very well!

-he snaps his fingers and the doors to the church slam shut as it seems like cultists slink out of the shadowed corners of the church itself-

Preacher: you all will be consumed! and you eldar! your soul will feed the prince of excess!

-the two word bearer marines start changing-

Recruit

Rylanor: correct, I'll draw the enemy fire. If you all can fight then show me what you can do now

-he opens fire with his own assault cannon and starts moving to the draw the heretic's fire who seem more than happy to switch to a bigger target-

-The second the Marines start changing, Six stands up, raises her shotgun, and slings a dose of quadruple-ought eight gauge at one of them-

-Without standing up Kasumi just slams her staff too the ground, and vanishes breifly-

-There is a roar overhead as the heavily armored, and quite big dropship begins its attempt at landing-

Samus: Got it.

-She hauls the dead or unconscious world eaters into a pile while doing the last minute securing of the landing zone for Nova-

Cult

Eldar: I am sorry, but I do not foresee my death this day. Yours, on the other hand, is now assured.

-The eldar witch pulls out a shuriken pistol and fires it at the other possessed word bearer-

Recruitment

Joanna: As you wish.

-She gives a bow...and then runs towards the horde of chaos soldiers with a speed befitting a cheetah-

Gene-seed

-the landing zone is pretty clear for now, the battle is in the distance and Icaras has made his way over to extract what gene-seed he can-

Icaras: ok 4 down. Now we just need to kill hopefully only 23 more of these guys...emperor help us all.

-another basilisk artillery shell hits the ground nearby-

Cult

-the possessed marines are injured by the barrage but the power from their daemon buddies prevents them from dying so easily-

-the cultists meanwhile start zerg rushing the group like gene-stealers as the preacher/priest remains where he is and smiles-

-outside the church, the city has pretty much caught fire thanks to a fire fight breaking out between anvil and some of the other cultists, with anvil slinging literal fire around along with bolter shells-

Recruit

-well the heretics weren't expecting Joanna, one of them fumbles with his lasgun and tries to aim it at her while the one with the auto cannon starts trying to hastily readjust where it is aiming-

-meanwhile Ekene may feel like there is something out here watching him while he watches the heretics-

Gene-seed

Samus: Well, it should be a bit easier now that we know how to handle these guys.

Kirby: Poyo...

-He gives a sigh and pulls the axe out of the dead world eater, stumbling a bit due to the weight but managing not to fall over-

Cult

-The eldar witch's eyes glow as a rune appears in front of her. She slings bolts of psychic energy to fry chaos-worshiping minds to a crisp as they attempt to attack the ladies from behind-

-Outside, the unnamed man notes how everything's going haywire, so sneaks around to see if this church has any open windows-

Recruitment

-In their shock and foolish decision to not shoot the maid before she was on them...she is now on them and getting stuck in, shoving her fist straight into the eight pointed star adorning the head of the soldier fumbling for his gun-

[goes over to kirby, clearly in need of a pink puffball hug]

Xion: How did you...?

Gene-Seed

-For the moment, Pires relaxes-

Pires: -to Samus and Heim- Thank you both. I owe you drinks when we return to your ship.

Cult

-Knowing the cultists are gone, Six draws her combat knife and starts tearing through them like Doomguy through a horde of zombies-

Ekene: Hm...? -glances around himself, just to make sure-

Cult

Igno: -steps back as a bony staff grows out of his palm, whacking whoever comes too close-

(In the distance, something is flying about in an energetic manner.)

Samus: No problem, Pires. We're all in this one together.

-If Xion was looking for a detailed explanation, she only receives an ever-cheerful "Poyo! ". She does at least also receive a nice hug, as she's clearly in need of something stable and cuddly in this world gone mad-

[laughs and hugs back tightly]

Xion: Thank you.

Gene-seed

Icaras: We'll move out once your new heavy artillery is fully unloaded. I spotted some of the sons of dorn fighting alongside the Imperial Guard up ahead so they should be able to hold out a bit longer.

Cult

Priest: yes, yes glorious! Embrace your inner warrior!

-One of the possessed marines decides to answer Igno's question by picking up a pew and swinging it downward to break it over his head-

-the other opens fire with a bolter, trying to cut the eldar witch and six in half with sustained fire-

-also I nearly forgot, all the windows are shut, but there is the sound of something streaking through the air approaching the church-

Recruitment

Heretic: holy shi-

-before the heretic can finish his swear, he's cut apart by assault cannon fire from Rylanor, the remaining ones starting to scatter-

-meanwhile with Ekene, what looks a flesh hook/harpoon suddenly comes rocketing out from some leaves-

-Once Six notices the other Space Marine with a bolter aiming at her-

-she immediately charges through the crowd, hoping to use them as a meat shield-

-She draws her shotgun again and aims it at Meat McManGristle's head, letting another shell fly-

Igno: holds his staff over his head sideways to intercept the incoming pew, aiming a kick at the marine's knee-

Recruitement

Ekene: -dives to the side to avoid the incoming projectile, turning once again into his cheetah form, engine roaring to life as he starts running to the side to get a visual on what shot at him-

Gene Seed

-After a few minutes, a massive cargo shuttle hovers over the LZ, and without even landing-

-Nova hits some buttons and gets out of her seat heading to the cargo bay-

-the bottom of the craft opens up, and both mechs fall out of the bottom, only one going to activity imediatly-

Samus: Alright. I suppose now we should figure out how to approach our targets next.

-The strange and cuddly star warrior tips his helmet while giving a "welcome" in the form of "Poyo "-

Cult

-The eldar witch stops attacking and throws up a psychic shield to stop the bolter fire mid-air-

-The unnamed man turns his head to look at the thing streaking towards the church-

Recruitment

-Joanna starts pummeling every cultist she can lay her bare hands on, not bothering to hide her disturbing enjoyment of this-

Meanwhile, away from plot and at the pleasure planet

-Kohaku is watching the lady flying around...and not sure what to make of it-

[Delphos]

(The flying object would eventually make their way to where Kerberos members are, and landing gracefully, meetin' Kohaku. It is a girl wearing a white hood over her body◊, with a bit of a heart motif goin' on. Real graceful-looking.)

Mrs. Graceful: Yooooooo!!! What up?

(She less-than gracefully, however, puts both her hands up, putting her middle and ring fingers together, while extending her pointer and pinkie fingers. Basically, the Mega Man hand thing.)

Less-than-graceful: I heard a dope company was here. Or maybe I'm thinking organization? Either way, I've heard it's rad!

-hey i'm sorry but i'm starting to get tired so this is maybe second to last post for tonight regarding GM'ing-

Gene-seed

-Icaras looks at the tau battle suit, and just stares briefly-

Icaras: .....I'm disturbed and somewhat intrigued on how you managed to get that. But that can wait for another time.

-not too far away, more chaos tanks with world eater marines riding on top can be seen, heading towards the front line-

Cult

-The possessed marine fighting Igno simply punches him in the gut in response-

-Meanwhile the possessed marine fighting Six and the eldar actually takes a few steps back after getting a face full of shotgun, shrieking a bit-

-outside the church, the streaking object turns out to be Krias, who swings his power scythe upon getting close and pretty much cuts/busts open a hole in the wall for both himself and the nameless man to enter through-

-once inside, krias ends up bowling over a few cultists in the process, easily killing them with just the sheer force of slamming into them-

Recruitment

-while Joanna pulps the heretics like no tomorrow, a sonic blasts ends up coming out of the tree line fully intent on hitting her head on-

-meanwhile Ekene finds himself going head to head with a lictor, one that is now pouncing down from over head, having dropped off a tree branch and fully intent on impaling him with its claws-

Gene-Seed

-The Touro lands with a CRUNCH, and Pires stomps his Mongoose over, before the front half opens up and he jumps out and sprints across the battlefield-

-Like a man possessed he clambers up the mech's sides and gets into it via the hatch on top before the Touro starts with a diesel roar, glowing particles circling it as its massive shield generator activates and begins charging-

Cult

-Six takes the opportunity to cycle the shotgun's action and repeat what she just did-
