Nah, the trading restriction doesn't reset if you switch computers or something like that. It only resets when you turn Steam Guard off.

All of Team Fortress 2's music is great, considering how little there is. I especially love the 'wave starting' theme in MvM and the main title theme.

Not always. It follows the music that plays during the mission, but sometimes goes off at random places if there's a tank around.
I know music sometimes plays when the bomb carrier gets promoted for carrying for so long. Sure it isn't that?
