At least I'm in time for page 9001! In Brazil, for some reason, they dubbed it as "It's over 8000!"
That would be what the actual line is in Japanese. The English version used 9000 for some reason instead.

Chuck Norris only faked death. In fact he's running a sburb session as the Chuck of Kicks and his team is made of Nick Cage and Andrew Hussie.
Apparently it was supposed to be Over 8000 but got mistranslated as over 9000. Not that it makes much difference either way.

The difference between the Over 9000 meme and the Chuck Norris meme is that Chuck Norris is a homophobic jerk unworthy of being praised.
Instead, we should joke about Bruce Campbell, who is an actual badass, unlike Chuck Norris.
In fact, here's a good one: You know that scene in Evil Dead 2 where Ash cuts his hand off with a chainsaw? That didn't require any special effects, Bruce Campbell managed to do that all on his own...and he regrew his hand with sheer manliness once filming was done.
