I don't like it when, in written fight scenes, there are terms that you have to be really fight-savvy to know, like "crossface" and "camel clutch". It bugs me because I don't know what those words mean, so I can't follow the story.

I was in an anime Discord server. I was able to make the chat go from a dedicated Chainsaw Man discussion to a dedicated South Park discussion.
I don't know if I should feel proud of this.

Even though I do have a pretty big vocabulary, excessive use of Sesquipedalian Loquaciousness and Purple Prose are some of my biggest writing pet peeves. I feel like if you're gonna be using a word that many people may not know, it's a good idea to have it defined through context clues or similar, which is what I usually do when complicated words come up in stories I write. Making the audience have to constantly look up words just to understand the story isn't how you want to do it.
I listen to Lemon Demon quite a bit, but I've barely touched Spirit Phone as of now.

Many people complain about breakable weapons in video games. In incarnations of Fire Emblem that lack this mechanic, I found being able to steamroll with a single unit took away from the game. Its limitations on weapon use make me think more and I like that.

I thought Nin-Jew from God's Gang is a girl until I watched Saber Spark's review of the show and read the TVT article on the show just to be sure. It could be my lack of knowledge on Judaism showing, but his design read as androgynous to me, with his face and hair coming off as kinda feminine.

My first exposure to Zelda's formula was the Quest for Camelot tie-in game for the Game Boy Colour. My uncle gave it to me as a Christmas gift. I wasn't very good at it. I heard the movie is awful too.

Regardless of my mood, Russian Post-Punk is a bop to me. I just really like it but despite it being titled "doomer music", I am not a doomer. Well, hopefully not. I just like gothic music for the mood the instrumentals alone can carry despite the sometimes indiscernible lyrics. (Here's a 3-hour+ mix of the good stuff
