I dunno, the standard of living is pretty high on the sorcerer-run planet Q'Sal... albeit only because the people who live there traffic in souls to the point where every aspect of their society depends on it, and the people who are too visibly old or deformed are quietly taken off the streets and sacrificed to Tzeentch so that the populace as a whole continues to appear young and handsome.

To be fair, Zeal's attempt to enchant the populous is supposed to be a plan not to take over, though that would be nice, but to get the superheroes to notice Zeal and do something about her. Zeal's actual plan is to enchant the heroes themselves when they come to fight her since having the heroes as loyal servants is more useful for future plans than just taking over this planet.

There we go then. If Latveria was already using the "two Kent lads with lead pipes" system of government pensions, all Doom has to do is get everyone not old or ugly to study magic and contract law to ensure a bright future for the place.

@Strat I have a minor request, if you don't mind me asking. When Deathstroke is disposed of, I would like to request that it be in a way that Tira can still get at his body. That is, I would prefer he not be killed by getting kicked off the skyscraper.
