ITT: We are in each other's happy place!

Let's see... the ground deforms when I step on it, and I think I can feel some kind of pulse. That cluster of trees over there seems to be short by all its branches, and I'm not entirely sure all that writhing its doing is caused by the wind. There are cute little cat-sized crab-things wandering everywhere that seem to feed on anything scraped loose from the ground, and burrowing worms that emerge from beneath to eat them... That copse of writhing trees has a big hole in the middle of it that opens and closes when something falls in, and... yes! If I can pry up enough of the ground, I can get it to bleed!

Well the windows are barred and there are chains on the wall...I think I'm in a woman's bedroom :|

This whole city is really bright and shiny! Wait, is that... Hey, this just peels off like wallpaper! No wonder, the undersurface is all grimy and rusty and ewww...

I tried exploring away from the open central area, but the gears just get smaller and denser.
