@ Keybreak: Do you mean Garth? That's because he's a Troper in Supernatural, amazed at what he's doing. He's what most of us would be if we were suddenly thrust into the world of Supernatural. There is a different though, because he averts Mary Sue-dom by being a bit of an idiot and scraping by with a minute amount of luck.
But we love him anyway. More Garth please!
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.I'm not sure I can agree with that assessment.
This post has been powered by avenging fury and a balanced diet.Truth be told, Garth kind of annoys me.
I just don't care. He's alright, I guess, but should probably be dead by now.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyGarth was nice. Anyone who can lift the spirits in Supernatural is fine with me.
As for not being dead yet, just wait another season...
Bobby: How are you still alive?
It's endearing.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Garth is God's latest incarnation.
THIS!
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.I don't get it, sorry. I don't even know why anyone said Chuck was.
RISEBecause he disappeared at the end of Season 5 with a knowing smile and in a shower of light, and because people asked his actor what it's like to be god.
Huh. Thanks. Well then, I guess Garth could be.
RISE"See you next season."
How shamefully fourth-wall breaking.
Isn't it great how monster factions stay together? Demons, vampires, leviathans...
Yep, fourth-wall got blasted.
So, how will be boys ever get out of this one?

RISEI still hope "Chuck" was just God in that one episode.
Dick has no subtlety at all.
I like Edgar. But Bobby, the Alpha Vamp and Crowley were kind of idiots this ep. As was Dean, for the combination he chose.
I had to roll my eyes at that "next season" line.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyDid you see how nervous the Alpha looked?
I wasn't sure whether he was afraid of Leviathans or the camera...
He was rather disappointingly looking like a bitch.
Can you really blame Bobby for going vengeful when he was killed by a loser of a character?
Also, damn shame Dean and Sam still haven't remembered any of the friendly ghosts they've met. Like their mom.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyAs stated by FE, the main page for the show is too long. So, we'll have to shorten or split it. I can put in some work late Sunday or during the week, but I can't do it alone.
How should we split it? Seasons 1-5 and 6-8?

The sad, REAL American dichotomy1-3, 4-5, 6-8.
That feels like a natural three-act structure to divide the series by, so you've got the road warriors/stand-alone elements at the start, the heavy mythology and Heaven saga for the middle, and the fallout for the third.
Five seasons of material is pretty dense to trawl through, particularly the stuff added in 4 and 5. This way everything's a lot more balanced.

This post has been powered by avenging fury and a balanced diet. That seems fair enough if we have to.
Even when we split, we should axe some of the tropes that just say an episode name and nothing else, like Cold-Blooded Torture - On The Head Of A Pin (this is actually more a character trope for Dean and Alistair, anyway).
The sad, REAL American dichotomyWhat an ending.
Bobby's finally gone, Crowley is the Big Bad again, Sam's all alone, Dean has now been to Heaven, Hell, AND Purgatory, and the Leviathans are all gone.
What could POSSIBLY be new in next season?
Weak.
I mean, I saw the Dilbert office and knew this was going to be a low-budget confrontation. But c'mon. You call that a confrontation? You call that cliffhanger? You call THAT Purgatory?
I'm a skeptical squirrelI liked it for a Purgatory. Though it's funny, Heaven looks like Earth and Purgatory looks like Earth at night, but Hell looks...well, now it just looks like the line at a DMV.
But I am still interested in what Sam'll do now.
To be honest I was more attentive to Castiel being overly concerned with animal testing, boardgames, and sandwiches. The standard Sam and Dean being separated at the end of the season has gotten a bit old.
But Meg driving the Impala through the parking lot and crashing through the sign was badass.
x4 They are?
The way Crowley talked about having his army outside while saying the Winchesters cut off the head so that they can't organize made me believe the rest of the Leviathans were still there. Just leaderless and now disorganized.
I should rewatch the episode later.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.
I like Meg. And I liked Charlie, but I hope she won't be back again. Outside of that one episode, I don't see how she's of any use.
