Well, here's my picks, no thanks to Electivirus stealing most of mine:
Naruto: The titular character.
Bleach: Probably Ukitake and Starrk. Yeah, I know they match.
One Piece: Rayleigh and Yorki. No friggin' contest.
but almost everyone will agree they each have some pretty good looking characters.Except for me, as I'm one of those obnoxious folks that can't get herself physically attracted to an anime character until after they prove themselves via personality (No, it's not because I'm some sort of magically deep and non-shallow individual. It's because anime characters are typically hot by default, so personality -or atypical physical attractiveness *- is really the only thing I have to go on).
... Oh, right. I have to pick one... Er, this would be easier if I actually read any of these beyond a single volume. Um... Kakashi? God, I dunno. He's just the only one I remember standing out in any sort of way, and he has a facial scar.
Fuck, can I just take the third option and say Post-Timeskip Simon? GL's a ludicrously hyped shonen title (that's what HST stands for, right?), so that kinda counts.

The hottest man to ever appear in Naruto is Minato. He is teh smex. The only other person who could possible challenge him in a Hot Dad contest is Maes Hughes, which just gave me a crossover idea which would turn out to be so very, very wrong, and yet so extraordinarily pleasing... Um... Heheh... Where was I?
OH YEAH. We're supposed to name characters from the other two, too? I don't watch One Piece, because the character designs make me want to gag on my own vomit and take my eyes out with a few well-placed rusty nails, but I guess the green-haired dude isn't eye-bleedingly horrible. As for Bleach, everyone there is either impossibly perfect or Gonk, and sometimes the border gets a bit fuzzy, but I'd have to say that Shunsui reminds me of a big, cuddly bear.
I wouldn't mind taking Killer Bee for a spin. 8D

I don't follow Bleach, but Chad is one smokin' hot mofo in that gorgeous-non-traditional-bishounen way like Alucard has. That Renji fellow with the red hair is pretty sexy, too, just goin' by looks.
I don't follow One Piece anymore, either, but Sanji and Zoro ain't bad at all - Zoro's introductory arc especially cemented him in a lot of fangirls' minds as The Hot One (prior to Ace showing up). Put 'em together and everything gets that much more appealing.
I have had to drop Naruto for the good of my soul - it couldn't take all the dozens of hints along the way that Kishimoto-sen is just too tired of all of this to want to explore his world properly. But since I read it longer than I did the other two, my list for it is the longest. In b4 ephebophilia.
Let's start with Team 7. In order to be my type, Sasuke would have to become about twice as smart and empathetic as he currently is, and develop both an interest in nerdery and a silly-lookin' nose. As it stands, I will take hatesex with his brother over that shit.
Naruto himself is a cute guy, but very much of the sort I do not date.
Sai is who I would have gone for if I'd been thirteen when I read the series. As it stands, he's too pretty-pretty to really have sex appeal for me.
I have to say, Kakashi-sen here is the best of a bad lot; tricksy types with a hidden sense of responsibility really get me going, and he can still kick ass - and he's got grey hair! I love me some silver foxes. Lose the track pants and we'll talk.
Ino-Shika-Chou G2. As this is a list of sexy men, I shall skip over fangirling Ino. You all think of her as a slut anyway, and it's not like I'm going to change anyone's mind.
Shikamaru has a ton of fangirls, and for good reason. Whosa sexy nerdbitch, then? You are! Yes you are! Crankasaurus rex he may be, but a hot crankasaurus rex. His major failing is that the hype has oversold him; he's a very bright guy, and easy on the eyes in that nice stand-out way, but his personality is not as fleshed-out as I would like. Lazy, fiercely clever, and a good friend is not enough for me - Shikamaru is kind of boring, honestly. And I cannot take a boring man, child.
Chouji is such a cuddly-lookin' dude! 
He seems like the marryin' kind, y'know? Usually I'm not big on plumper guys (I like the kind I can take home and fatten up myself), but come on! Look at that face!
Asuma-sen is hot, but in that boyfriend's-uncle kind of way.
Team Eight.
Why why why why why did Shino have to be the bug guy?! >_< /hates insects.
*sigh* Let's just say I find the character-design hot and leave it at that.
Ah, Kiba. Growly-cute is the best explanation I can come up with for his appeal - it's like having a chibi-Wolverine! 
Team Gai. The Man Himself makes me go "Awwwww!" more often than "Squee!", but respect is due; he's a good man and I hope he can find someone who'll be as good to him as he would be to them. I doubt he will, because Kishi-sen doesn't seem to give a fuck, but I hope nonetheless.
As for his favourite student, can I get a hell yeah? It took me a while to find Lee outright attractive, but I always thought he was funny. And really, funny is just sexy on a finer scale. He's sweet, he's empathetic, he's dedicated, he looks like a young Bruce Lee. Hell. Yeah.
I will now alienate my boyfriend by declaring Neji to be unattractive. It's not the eyes, because those are pretty damn awesome. It's that long hair ain't enough for me to call you bishie; he just doesn't really do it for me. Also, clearly he was behind the door when they handed out his helping of eyebrows to Lee. Also also, kind of a tool.
The Sand Brothers
Kankuro is wearing too much make-up for me to find him hot. On those rare occasions where he's barefaced, however, he makes a damn good showing.
Gaara doesn't rock eyeliner as well as a certain other possessed kid, but he's not bad to look at. I want his clothes more than him, though, and he's clearly not Ishida Akira's hottest role.
Akatsuki
Most of the guys are meh, but Kisame is quite intriguing; you know what they say about sharks...
And now for the uncategorized adults:
Iruka-sen looks sort of like my mother (actually, so does Shikamaru, now that I think of it). My oedipal complex approves. 
The Third Hokage is not bad for a dude his age, totally rockin' the scholarly look, but the liverspots put me off a bit.
The Fourth Hokage, in comparison to his son, is a bit more like it.
Kabuto has that mysterious-sexy chessmaster thing goin' on - plus he's voiced by MasakoX in a silky Fake American-tone, the bastard.
Orochimaru is meh. Even to someone who likes snakes, he's meh.
Jiraiya I go back and forth on. If I'm in the wrong mood he's just a fun old guy who's kind of an ass, and if I'm in the right one he's a sexy fun old guy who's kind of an ass. Somethin' about his eyes.
Saa... I think that's it as far as major characters.

I'm one of the many who suffer Stupid Sexy Flanders with Grimmjow. I almost always prefer bishonen, girly men and I have no problem admitting it. But something about Grimmy - especially in Pantera form - gets me all worked up.
