With Goku moving faster than time in Dragon Ball Super, having Rukia being able to freeze time would be oddly hilarious to me.

What kind of ending do you think Bleach will have? Upbeat, bittersweet, drawn-out, sudden, what?

Goku combined Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan/Super Saiyan Blue with the Kaio-ken, going all the way up to a Kaio-ken x10, which led to him being able to move inside his opponent's time stop ability.

"Goku moving faster than time" is just an assumption people made from being able to ourspeed an opponent with a time stop ability. Except it's clearly not the case as the opponent was able to counter that by increasing the duration of the time stop. Goku moving in the time stop is likely artistic licence like movie 6's moving in Instant Trasmission.

....moving inside a time stop can only be taken in one of three ways; 1) that Goku has gained partial immunity to time stops, like Jotaro was before he gained time stop powers on his own, 2) that Goku is no longer bound by the laws of time-space, which is just ridiculous, or 3) that he's faster than time. ._.

Plus, we saw both Goku and Kid Buu moving inside the Instant Transmission in the opening for Budokai Tenkaichi; it seems to be more like they're moving into a separate dimension connected to the use of Instant Transmission, kind of like what happened with Obito's Kamui.

You really can't use that as an option, at all. Otherwise you'd have to call bull on literally half of everything an anime/manga character does, because it goes against physics. This is the same series that had people capable of opening holes between dimensions, just by screaming really loudly, physics has never really been a thing at any point in Dragon Ball, just as much as it hasn't been a thing in Bleach.

Wait, you're saying that since the physics in Dragonball has never made sense, there has to be a reasonable explanation this time for the newest ridiculous stunt?

Reasonable in the sense that it aligns with the "physics" in the series, instead of just writing it off completely because it doesn't fit within your own view of physics.

So, why don't we just assume that, rather than stopping time, it's just slowed to the point where it's seems like it's stopped, and Goku was moving faster than it could affect him (as Speedsters have sometimes been shown to be able to do so, as I remember such a thing happening in pre-revival Heroes, as well as a recent episode of The Flash)?

As for Bleach, it can do whatever the hell it wants, and that's what we should be talking about.

So how 'bout dat Chad eh? He sure loses a lot.

Because it was specifically described as a time stop in-universe; hell, I think one of the people who called it that was Whis himself, the same guy who can reverse time by up to three minutes for the entire universe.

And yes, Chad loses a lot; how else could he serenade Pool of Blood?
