Askin said he was from the lower ranks and considering we don't know the letter for Shaz or the Old Guy, it's likely there's an Elite Rank and Low Rank for the Stern Ritters.
Fearing for the worse, this probably means there's 27 of them for each rank.

Excuse me, but could it be possible that the Sternritter [or litcher] C could be Shaz Domino since the identity and name of Sternritter C is still unknown?
