Made a new world to experiment with forcedields. Very interesting. Also got the chance to try out the wireless redstone transmitters. Mother of god, will those be useful. :o

Sorry, bad connection, could you repeat that?

Forcefields are damned fun with the Underwater upgrade.

Also. I've been away from Minecraft for a while. Is there a troper server I could visit?

@ Elle: Oh right, almost forgot about that.

Absolutus. As is at the moment, missing some towers though.

My pyramid. Nameless, but pretty big.

My glass tower. Again, nameless, but pretty rad.

@ Yinyang, contact Arcan Genth, he host a troper server.

It was a long while ago if you remember, we didn't have any notion of beacon back then.

But then the beacon's area of effect would be floating up there, at the top of the pyramid, at no use to anyone!

Would be use to anyone who runs up to it. :P

But okay. Maybe instead the bottom pyramid, or one in the middle.

That's not on Iacon, is it? Would be fun to play with...

[up][up]Unless you only wanted the pyramid to shoot a beam of light into the sky.

[up][up] Tis on Polyhex. I'm not planning on building another one like that, since it's freaking gigantic.

[up][up] You could have it on the bottom floor, and shooting up all the way through. The light goes through glass blocks, I think.

I'm still toying with building the Luxor Hotel at some point. [lol]

Made myself a nice farm for Absolutus. The old one was okay, but sometimes, you need bigger, better farms.

I like how it looks. Maybe I'm biased tho, since I built it.

Hmm... I'm suddenly wondering how one might algorithmicly detect pirate ships in Minecraft... since a mod should be made to make skeletons favor spawning on them tongue

[up][up]The buildings need ramparts IMO. I do like how most of it is built though, very stylish.

Hardly needs ramparts when in the middle of the sea. Also, it's in the center anyway, those tower wouldn't need protection, as long as the other around had protection.

Nope. Purely vanilla for the time being. Not sure if that's going to change or not come 1.4, but for now it's mod-free.

I guess we could go... wherever we please.

(Thaumcraft)... this is reeeeally fucking weird. Sometimes my Thaumic duplicator will duplicate musket rounds, sometimes it won't.

I was playing just now, and it was in the process of not-duplicating, so I let that be and went to fiddle with IC 2. Then I hear it duplicating. It started duplicating musket rounds in the middle of my session.

Lol. Did it start churning out ammo? Also couldn't you dupe muskets?

I had it set only to double what was put into it. And duping muskets is useless when I can just repair the one I already have.

It made 5 more rounds because that's what I had put into it.

(Thaumcraft, Buildcraft) I am heavily disappointed that Alumentum cannot be used in the Steam engine. :(

Anyway, anything else besides the Q-block and the Enchanting table that gets bonuses from Bookshelves?

Not really, but you can eventually make an enchanter which runs off of Vis and lets you choose your enchantments. :3
