When the Muslims stop enforcing their beliefs to non-Muslims? That is the real problem with them these days...

Sad Muslim is sad : (

That comment is like saying "When will (religion) stop forcing itself on other religions." A number of religions have tried to force people to convert at some point in their history  *

but nowadays it is almost entirely radical extremists who think anything like that. Most people in most religions want to/are willing to convert others into their religion but they won't force their religion on anyone else.

That sum up everyone's opinion fairly civilly?

Anyway, going back to topic:

Oh. My. God What the hell is this? It's so offensive, so insensitive, so wrong.......and yet I just can't look away.

I don't know which is funnier on that first page; how much of a stereotypical Muslim not!Muhammad looks, or how his first words are "Little bitches....". Oh man, someone's gotta see if Fox News can find this, only because this is so freaking hysterical.

Muslims are touchy about depicting their prophet. Someone on the internet drew a stick figure with the following caption: "This picture magically and automatically becomes offensive the moment I tell you this is Mohammed."

@Belian: Minus the Bold Inflation, sure.

@Walrus: The idea is that depictions of Muhammad could lead to idol worship, e.g., people worshiping pictures instead of God. They just take it too far sometimes.

More like they forget why the rule exists and only seek the enforcement of the rule.

That and offensive portrayals of Muhammad are offensive to Muslims, and Muslims have as much a right to be pissed at this as Christians have to be pissed at Kung-Fu Jesus. Normal Muslims just choose to use that right. Some of them outbound it, but violent idiots gonna be violent idiots.

"If your brother, the son of your father or of your mother, or your son or daughter, or the spouse whom you embrace, or your most intimate friend, tries to secretly seduce you, saying, 'Let us go and serve other gods,' unknown to you or your ancestors before you, gods of the peoples surrounding you, whether near you or far away, anywhere throughout the world, you must not consent, you must not listen to him; you must show him no pity, you must not spare him or conceal his guilt. No, you must kill him, your hand must strike the first blow in putting him to death and the hands of the rest of the people following. You must stone him to death, since he has tried to divert you from Yahweh your God." (Deuteronomy 13:7-11, emphasis added)

Actually it might work pretty well. Like, Muhammad meets Jesus, who ascended body and soul, in "heaven" during his FTL trip. Firey sex happens under the approving eyes of the LORD and his Angels. Muhammad omits this detail to his followers, knowing they would not understand.

We have to make it very happy, aethereal, you know. Both Jesus and Muhammad had very Uke personalities. My bet is Jesus on top.

...I feel bothered by the fact that Raw's idea doesn't make me laugh. I'm not bothered but.. it's just not funny enough. Or maybe I'm just becoming emotionally numb. Either way sad.

Honestly, I doubt it. Muhammad was a military commander for a good portion of his life, with a ridiculous number of wives. Definite seme material.

... He would be the Tokugawa Ieyasu sort of seme, then. Or the Haroun El Rashid sort. He was very soft spoken, very honest, very compassionate. Most of his wives were widows or orphans. He hated war and violence. Think of the "Captain Aizen" persona (rather than the real Aizen).

^^ You know, I don't think it's funny either. Interesting in a purely technical sense, I mean it would be a bit of a challenge, and as far as I know it would be something entirely new, but not funny or giddy or thrilling the way these things are supposed to be.

Mohammad could be the star of a harem anime, and Jesus could be his rival or something.

Every harem needs a gay option!

I feel like a heretic :V

If not, he could just be an infidel like the other cool kids.

EDIT: Actually apparently that term is specific to monotheists, who knew.

...Now I shall let you all know about a Manga(?) I saw on Manga Fox: Saint Oniisan. Read its description on Manga Fox and Baka-Updates Manga and you will see why I pointed it out. Same person who does Arakawa Under The Bridge.

(took me a while to find it without knowing its name. Just saw it updated a few times on Manga Fox, never read it)
