Man, all that time I spent obsessed with this show as a middle schooler, and every time someone said something about this series coming back, I'd scoff and roll my eyes. AND NOW IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING 10+ YEARS LATER. WTF.

This series is 16 years old. Damn does that feel weird.

I vaguely remember the day it first aired. It was the same day The Fairly Oddparents first aired, actually. They had some bumpers showing Nickelodeon Studios, I think?

I don't remember specifically when it first aired, but I do remember my brother finding some remix of the Doom Song that's probably been lost to the annals of internet time.

Awesome! Maybe fate will Throw the Dog a Bone for Dib who might finally beat his archenemy.

Zim is going to defeat himself, because he is his own archenemy.

I remember the promos. I was little enough a big part of me thought we were actually going to get invaded by aliens.

And then I had an upset stomach the day it premiered and thought it was because of the show's art. So it wasn't until years later after it finished that I got into it.

Well, we have Season 3 of Young Justice coming, and to a lesser extent, The new Powerpuff girls(And TTG).

Oh yeah, I forgot about Young Justice, and I don't really count the new Powerpuff Girls and Teen Titans Go as continuations, because they're too different in tone.

Galactic: Kids Next Door ? El Tigre? Wander Over Yonder? Spectacular Spider-Man?

Just a concept idea that didn't get enough support, ended, Had a recent April fool's prank, and ended.

Not really a fan of Invader Zim, but this revival is going to make Jhonen Vasquez's tweet about how Zim is still "Cancelled Forever" Hilarious in Hindsight.

I'm guessing the general plot will be about someone competent from the Irken empire trying conquer the Earth since Zim has been doing such a lousy job
