This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

"Don't forget" is Word Cruft. Use of bullet points is incorrect. Each example takes a separate bullet.
Zero Context Example. Dear lord is Word Cruft.
Your un-namespacing is also causing a lot of trouble, especially since people slave away hours to namespace works. You also never leave edit reasons, making what you're doing look really confusing.

Underneath the edit field, there is a small rectangular box that says: Edit reason (optional):. You can leave an edit reason there to let others know what you're doing.
Take a good look at the Tips Worksheet to understand what you're doing and look over Text-Formatting Rules. Then we can let you edit again.

Waiting on a TRS slot? Finishing off one of these cleaning efforts will usually open one up.

Well I'm still going to watch my behavior on the rest of the site, and have been, and hoping the situation with me might change eventually.
This isn't just to help contribute to those forums again, but to also make sure I don't act like that ever again.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.
I removed some false information about Bowling for Columbine on the Documentary of Lies page. I explained why I did so on the discussion page. However when I came back I discovered that the information had been re-added and I was banned again.
The reason given for this was that a troper called Mr Death did not believe it and accused me of believing that "The film isn't lying, because the film said it isn't." However this is not true and everything I listed can be verified.
- Here is the bank footage ware you can clearly see her saying they keep the guns at the bank
- For the Horton controversy two ads were shown one was the revolving door prison ad made by the Bush campaign the other was the Horton ad which was by the National Security Political Action Committee. This PAC (which did claim to be independent) was coordinating with the Bush campaign you can read more about it here (it really is a fascinating story)
- The claims being made about the cartoon and the Heston montage did not correspond to what was actually shown in the movie.
- The information presented for shooting death (not just homicides) in all the countries included the police and people claiming self defense.
- Most of the other things listed they admitted were not in the movie but claim they could be implied from it.
I am not a big Micheal Moore fan and there were some things he did get wrong (like claiming that the NRA scheduled there meeting in Colorado after Columbine when they had done it before). The movie was mostly accurate in its information and douse not belong on this page. Like animeg3282 said in this thread this whole page needs to be cleaned up.
I do not have any agenda besides making sure this wiki is accurate. Per your request, I have not added new information since the ban was lifted last time (the person I got to check my work will not respond to me and appears to have left the wiki). I have only been cleaning up false information and trying to clarify issues for people. Please un-ban me again so I can have a conversation with Mr. Death on the discussion page and see the source of his information.
Your ban was never lifted. The reason you are banned is not because of that edit. It is because you created a second account to edit the wiki while your first account had been suspended.
We never said your ban had been lifted. We said you would have to take your edits through the English thread, and if we saw enough improvement, we would lift it. You are not allowed to make a second account to bypass your ban.

I did not create a new account. When I came back from Arkansas I discovered I was no longer banned and could edit from the account on my computer. However I did not do that because I was told not to post new content unless I ran it by somebody first. I made a deal with a troper called Dark Confidant to do that but he appears to have disappeared since then so I have not posted any new content. If I was trying to create a second account to get around a ban why would I use the exact same and not something like phelpfan which could not be traced to me.

Your account was called Ranonamis, not Ranonames. Ranonamis has a wiki ban, as I can clearly see on the file. In fact, here is a post you made under that name. Here is another. I can also see the age of Ranonames, the account you're using to post right now. It is only 12 days old. You've been on the wiki longer than that. Our last conversation was more than 12 days ago. So, this is ample proof you do not even remember the name of your account, and made another account while trying to access your old one.
Second, if the person you "made a deal with" has left, you are expected to post in the English thread and find help from someone else.
Third, an editing suspension means you should not be editing. Period. It does not matter whether you edit new material, or simply remove something. When you have an edit ban, you are not allowed to edit anything.

Um... i have a problem whit the Cosmic Plaything Page. In the comics books part, the fourth example lacks of identification (i think its Deadpool). Can you solve this out?

We do, but it's very rare.
I don't intend to make the call in this case; I just wanted to mention that we don't have a standing policy against 3rd chances in principle, but plausible scenarios that would end with us giving a third chance are very rare.

If you've been banned once and the ban was lifted, you're on your second chance. The first one was before you got banned. (You have the chance to edit and post once you've made an account.)
So if we ban you twice, that means you've used up two chances already.
That was just to clarify this in general, 'cause people have got it wrong before.
I forgot to mention that you've been banned exactly once, so you're correct.
Oh, and I believe Deadbeat was responding to the post above you: #1393.

OK no big deal. I was just curious as to why i was suspended. As i said i didn't edit much anyway. So as long as i can still read the pages and go about my business. I don't care one way or another.
