This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

You apparently decided to rename this YKTTW to Kakhi Barn Clothes and kept edit warring over it because you thought that name was good, even after you were told to stop.
You also launched Lightbulbs For A Face even though it wasn't ready and was full of Zero Context Examples, leaving us with a mess.
Whatever possessed you to do these things?

I'm sorry for swearing in private messages. I'd like my PM system to be turned back on.
I am now going to say that... okay, I am not allowed to participate in Complete Monster thread. I am leaving this thread. That means that I not going to edit any CM pages either. I couldn't anyway since they are locked. But can I at least have my editing privileges restored? It won't cause any problems because I am gone from the CM thread.
EDIT: Also, how could I not sound antagonistic? Footsteps was really rude to me many times either by threading me with hollering for the mod or treating as a useless troublemaker, yet gets away with all of it. Maybe I was rude and antagonistic but just tell me, why you guys did not pay attention to any of it and you didn't try to solve the problems between us?

- You've already been told that this ban is not appealable.
- You have already blown your second chance, and third ones are incredibly rare unless you have a damn good reason.

My good reason is that I was banned for something that I can no longer do anyway.

And I say that this is the point of the entire thread. To discuss and unban users. Seriously, banning someone permanantly is one of the most ridiculous things that happen on this wiki. Everybody deserves chance. Fast Eddie himself said that.
Besides, I know that you are 20 years old. I am 19. I am not okay with somebody close in age to me, having such a big authority over me.
Finally, you must read the message very carefully. I was banned for jumping the gun. I can no longer do that since I am not allowed to participate in the CM thread. To be honest, I feel like I want to talk to Fast Eddie himself. Or his second-in-command Fighteer. Or is Fighteer his second-in-command on this site?

You had a chance. You had, in fact, numerous chances. You blew it, not once but over and over again.
The age of the moderators is not a valid point. They were chosen to be mods because of their actions and their ability. Not their age. If you have a problem with that, then you have a problem with the fundamental way this site operates, and additionally, have demonstrated your immaturity further. "I'm older than you, you can't tell me what to do" is grade-school reasoning. But just in case you don't believe me, if you're 20, I'm nearly old enough to be your grandmother, and I'm telling you that you will not be unbanned.
"I was banned for something I cannot do anymore". That is nonsense. You were told repeatedly to stop doing something. You persisted in doing it. You were then banned, since that was the only way we could make sure that you would stop.
Eddie is the admin. All the rest of us are on the same level of authority as mods. Fighteer is not Eddie's second in command.

Well, I actually want to stop now. And I am not 20. I am 19. The reason that I was doing something that I was not supposed to is because I wanted attention. Sometimes, I just feel disrespected. I just hate when everyone around disrespects me. And yes, I am in fact an immature person. I have an asperger syndrome.

And many of our productive tropers also fall somewhere on the Aspergers spectrum and still manage to behave, and follow the rules. That's also fails as a reason to unban you.

When I was banned last time, this was a big misunderstanding because in reality, I've done nothing wrong. I said that I will never jump-the-gun again when I was banned the first time. I meant it actually. I made it clear that I only made an exception on Turbo. In other words, I stopped jumping-the-gun in general, and Turbo was simply an exception because he was such an obvious CM non-example that the sooner he could get removed the better. And the consensus was actually to remove him. If you don't believe me, read the thread. Users were edit-warring about him, and my intention was to stop it (even if it didn't work very well). Of course, if this argument is not good enough, I will respect the moderator's decision.

Dear gods, you missed my point. I said that the consensus was to remove Turbo. I removed him. In short, I was banned for removing an example that the cleanup thread decided to remove. I actually did not do it for myself. I did it for 32Footsteps who was also arguing against this guy. I got into troubles with this guy before and tried to get on his good side.

True. Fair enough. I just want to understand, why was it treated so seriously. If a consensus would be established to keep him, than he would be added back in. One of the main rules on this wiki is that you cannot add CM entries without the thread's consensus. Somebody evidently broke that rule. Someone added him to the YMMV page, and I removed him so that he could go through the cleanup thread. I didn't mean to cause problems.

Krystoff, you've been banned from editing the wiki for making unilateral deletions and additions to Complete Monster despite having been told that such edits are not acceptable. You've made your appeal to have the ban lifted, and it's been explained why we (that would be all the mods, unanimously) have decided that it should not be lifted. Repeating your appeal will not help your cause. The wiki ban is permanent.
You have promised to stay out of the Complete Monster discussion thread. We will hold you to that. If you start posting there again, your forum posting privileges will also be removed.
Continuing to ask for the wiki ban to be lifted will also result in your forum posting privileges being removed completely, along with posting privileges in all other areas of the site, and your ability to send and receive PMs.
This is not open to appeal anymore.
Whether you think this is fair or not is also not open for discussion.

Okay, all clear. By, the way is it possible to ban me from posting in this particular thread as well? Anyway, whatever the answer it, I am done.
By the way, one final request; I have a feeling that I have nothing more to do in this wiki. Is it possible to somehow remove my account, and I will just become the reader? If yes, than I say it right now; remove my account completely.
I just wanted to edit my user page, but since I cannot, I want to be gone from the site. Unless, one of you can edit it for me.

Since this is a recurring issue with an official solution, and people don't often look through all the edit reasons on a page, there are two other things you can do to help:
- Start a conversation on the discussion page. This generally is a good idea whenever it looks like an edit war is about to break out, and in this case it both lets you explain that Eddie already gave a ruling in ATT and leaves that statement somewhere it won't get lost.
- Put a commented-out note by the text in question saying to that the text is here to stay and reasoning is given on the discussion page.
If both of these are done, there is no excuse for someone not knowing where the text is supposed to be—should cut down on changes.Anyway, you've done more than enough to convince me that there won't be a recurring problem. I've restored your editing, and would appreciate it you took the actions above before you went back to all the good work I see you do. It would set a good example to everyone of how to settle these sorts of things without having to appeal to the mods.
