Heracles is not as huge nor monstrous without Mad Enhancement. From what we can see in strange fake, while still very muscular he has a pretty ordinary height compared to his Master. Maybe the Greeks thought he's distantly related with the Amazons. Like, have you see those women in Grand Order? They're manlier than many male Servants by contrast.
