Lana was my favorite with her singing and her running from Cuccos.
Look at all dem characters.
GIVE US MORE.
What's this about Pit and Samus?
Also, that scene where Link, Lana, Impa, and Sheik were watching the worlds collide reminded a lot of Warriors Orochi for some reason.
I still wish the enemies got proper trailers, but I guess they can't really do that without giving away the fact that the villains would be playable if they did give them trailers.
The English trailer for Link's third weapon is up. Apparently I was right in calling the weapon "Gauntlets" instead of "Ball & Chain".

@Cus: Oh, and Takamaru.
...It was a rumor from months and months ago.
Said rumor was false, by the way. It said there'd be full voice acting (save for Link), among other things.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Though honestly, considering he was added to a previous Warriors game that WASN'T based on a Nintendo IP, Takamaru making a story-free guest appearance strikes me as likely.
I sure said that!Playing through Skyward Sword again (actually trying to finish it this time) leaves me wondering, in a game with such awesome boss fights (it probably beats TP in that area), why is the most tedious and irritating fight the one you have to do three times (four if you want that bonus shield)? Hard to believe that they dropped the ball on the Imprisoned so badly when literally every other boss fight in the game is at least above average with some being among the best in the franchise.
Mini-rant over: you may now return to your scheduled speculation regarding Hyrule Warriors.
Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects.A new article with a video from SDCC. Among other things (the article is mostly about Darunia), Link apparently has a new fairy companion named Proxi (Navi the Fourth) and Sheik is implied (by the article) to be a disguise for HW Zelda.

more than just 4 if you want that bonus shield. the imprisoned can show up a maximum of 3 times during that boss rush.
The Imprisoned isn't too bad, but the Imprisoned Strikes Back and especially Return of the Imprisoned are obnoxious, even with Groose on standby.
I sure said that!It would have been better if the latter two fights were merged. You know how the third battle has the Imprisoned flying and then Groose having his bomb stock run out? I would have put all of that in the second fight to make it better and then have a new boss battle altogether during the Hero Song quest.
Though there's still the Tadtone thing. Good thing I always carry a fully-upgraded Air Potion and the Potion Medal to make it a lot easier.
135 - 169 - 273 - 191 - 188 - 230 - 300Also, I like Link's soldier uniform. That's like the first time he's ever been an actual soldier, isn't it?
Skyward had him as a knight though, right? Isn't that the same thing? Or was he just in training then?
But yeah, this is the first Link who's been a soldier from the get-go.
Also, it was one of the endings in Spirit Tracks where he becomes a knight but it's one of a few.
Persona 3 Portable Liveblogin training. he goes from trainee to junior but never quite ascends to knighthood (those being the guys with the goggles and the night-time flying ability)
apparantly the islands one school is laughably inefficient and only has one graduate from each tier at a time or something, so presumedly people can be stuck in that school for decades @_@
well, unless someone maybe took pity on them.

He was the nephew of a retired knight in ALttP, too.
But yeah, Link's never started as a full soldier/knight ever before.
I sure said that!well nephew isnt quite the same as actually being a knight.
rather the fact he had to take his equipment from his uncle suggests he isnt a knight, and we dont ever see him become a knight either.
i havent finished spirit tracks so i wouldnt know about that...
Imprisoned... Ugh.
Whenever I run the boss gauntlet, I have to make the third battle my first fight, otherwise I don't have enough supplies to finish it. My first real loss was when it pulled itself up too high despite me smashing its feet in (not realizing that when it pulls itself up, it ignores injuries to the feet) and simply got to the end.
The other loss was because ultimate Ghiriham was the final battle and I simply didn't have the health to go on anymore.
If everyone were normal, the world would be a dull place. Like reality television.Yeah, the first Imprisoned fight is merely annoying and would be fine if it wasn't a prelude for more BS.
Also not looking forward to the Silent Realms, I seem to remember the first three being huge pains, never got to the fourth.
Addendum: Customer's avatar is amazing.
I also agree with My Final Edits, two Imprisoned fights (with merged/improved mechanics for the second fight) would have been alright.
Never found the Tadtones to be particularly difficult personally. Boring? That's for sure.

Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects. One time the third Imprisoned fight was the last round in a boss rush for me, and I knocked him down for the last time when he was just a step or two from the temple... which meant that he was sprawled out on thin air, far out of the reach of my sword. Such an annoying fight.
Also, I was really disappointed that you couldn't smash his fingers when he was trying to pull himself up to a higher level.
I did like the Silent Realm, though.
I didn't mind fighting The Imprisoned three times during the story, but having to face it multiple times in the Lightning round is a pain.
Round 3 with The Imprisoned is too awesome for me to complain about, what with launching yourself out of the Groosenator onto its head.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! Is it possible to get on it's head and attack it there when it tries to climb up?
Regardless, what makes it more painful than it should be, is that although you can use things like the Bow and the Slingshot to take down the feet without having to run into stomping range, you do not have anything boosting ammo capacity, and you're unlikely to have enough to finish the job.
Just... gah.

Honestly, I don't think it's really that hard a fight. A bit tedious, yeah, especially in the Lightning Round, but it's not difficult.

So how's that rumor about Pit and Samus being playable holding up?
