Suggestion: Manga.Kiss And White Lily For My Dearest Girl

Kiss and White Lily has had an official English release for awhile now. Here's the official cover for Volume 1's.

Also, the current page image combines the first four volumes into one image. I don't know if there's any rules against that or not. I'm assuming no. (Asking for future reference.)

I assume the reason they've done it is because they wanted to showcase as many couples as possible. I am tempted tempted to say leave current but to be honest I could also say swap to OP as well. I'm not familiar with the work beyond what I just read on the trope page so I could go either way.

I don't think there's a policy against collages of covers but the only time I've really seen them is for book series usually rather than ongoing manga like Star Trek Shatnerverse (which IIRC I think I added?) or The Thrawn Trilogy.

I'm aware that that's what they were going for. I'm currently reading the series myself and the page's description is fairly accurate: a new couple introduced about once per volume with a main couple tying the series together. Personally, I think it makes more sense to just have one volume cover with the main couple on it since the series is ultimately about their budding romance/relationship.

That being said, if people think the current image is better, I can just as easily make a version of the current image using art from the official English release. I don't feel strongly about it either way.
