Edit: There's only one wick in addition to there being no on-page examples. I don't know if someone unilaterally dewicked this, but either way, if we get enough cut votes, we can probably waive the Three-Day Rule since this is a Not Thriving thread either way.

Rage Fic defines itself as "closely related to Revenge Fic, but instead of making the character miserable, the point of Ragefic is to poke fun at them, and often the fandom in general. They usually have very little plot; most of the story is made up of rants, Straw Men, and attempts to convey opinions." It has no on-page examples. The only wick it has is the Fanfic Tropes index. The first google result for this term is this page, despite it only having accrued 270 inbounds since its creation in 2014.Hate Fic, which is a term I've much more heard, has a healthier 6k inbounds since 2007. Per its definition, "Revenge Fic on a series-wide scale. The author sets out to deliberately attack an entire show, either through simply mocking it and its characters [...] they tend to abound with heinous characters (including the protagonists), Straw Losers, massive powerups, plot holes, long lectures of what sucks from the Canon and why, torturing/mutating the characters into copies of how they 'should be' (if not plain torturing/mutating the characters, period) and loads and loads of cynicism." If there were any site examples of Rage Fic, I feel like they'd go fine under the Hate Fic umbrella. As there aren't, there's no real significance in bringing up this other trope page other than to say that it already exists on this site in a healthier form.
