So I've read parts of this and I believe that it should be kept. The sex scenes are mostly peripheral and are in no way the main focus (the focus is far more on a massive crossover story between all three of the games), there's a proper plot that can be troped and the writer openly gives warning about all the sex scenes in advance in case the reader wishes to skip them. Also, to my knowledge, there is at least one sex scene that isn't even in the main story at all and is instead included as a bonus chapter. It's basically standard visual novel fare but just with more erotic content.

When the work was cutlisted (currently being challenged possibly due to availability concerns), another part of the cut reason noted fetishization and pornographic scenes, including those involving underage characters.
