If the creator is alright with it, keep current. If a new cover shows her current self is found, I would prefer that but until then, the current will have to do.

The current image is of Mae Dean pre-transition, I know from Twitter she doesn't mind showing images of the old her but the pic just seems massively out of date now. I am thinking just a panel from a more recent comic:
