Yeah, sounds like a real stretch. Cut
"Leftover items still have value!"Seconded; I think it's a reach too.

Third vote. How could getting covered in a drink because of a simple spill be considered a parallel to ejaculation?
A lot of good you did me.Because these examples commonly take cherrypicked phrases out of context that have double meaning.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupI'm wondering if this warrants TRS; I'm starting to get worried this is just bait for people to go "lol out of context this sounds gross XD", legit examples seem few and far between.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure Pureness
As I recently expressed about Dub Text, I despise these pages written by tropers stuck in a perpetual 12-year-old mindset. They're just an absolute embarrassment.
I'm down for a wick check if anyone wants to start one.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessIDK if the item itself is the problem, because legitimate examples do sound funny, in a meta That Came Out Wrong way. It really boils down to the community being able to come together and agree that something genuinely sounds dirty and isn't just forcing an innuendo for edgy lolz. (Like how someone could force an innuendo over me saying "come together.")
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.I mean... I just feel like I've stopped trusting people to be able to handle this concept maturely. If we do keep it we should tighten the requirements at least, even just proving that other people off-site have picked up on the "innuendo" and agree that it's present. Right now it's just people posting their own lewd misinterpretations of things, which is misuse at the very least.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure Pureness"to the community being able to come together and agree that something genuinely sounds dirty" then it needs a requirement for a specific joke to be common (Mememtic Innuendo?) and not just one troper.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupI mean... that's already a requirement for audience reactions anyway technically, I more meant that the evidence would have to be presented in the examples themselves.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessI'm not a fan of adding "context" that amounts to essentially copy/pasting "People in the audience think that..." before every entry. It's why the Diagnosed by the Audience cleanup felt like it missed the mark to me, too. I'd say just cut anything that sounds like a stretch, and if the audience says otherwise, it can just be Memetic Mutation.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.I really don't think Memetic Mutation would cut it though. Like... very often these things wouldn't qualify as memes so I don't understand the mentality behind putting the examples under any sort of meme trope. And I hate adding this sort of context too but I really don't think there's any other way to stop the immature edgelord humor from leaking through.
Diagnosed by the Audience had a different issue. The audience reaction citations are necessary for the concept to even work... the issue is that a lot of examples were swapped over wholesale, much like what happened with Surprisingly Realistic Outcome. It was an example of the cleanup failing to do cleanup not an example of a citation requirement backfiring.

Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessAnd I believe that the same issue would arise if we just settle on "well let's just focus on proving the audience believes this" because anybody can say anything to claim the audience believes this, but this isn't UI levels of bad where we'd need to link proof (and given the context, do we want to link to the sites where people make sex jokes about cartoons?). I think we can at least dial back immature edgelord humor by simply continuing to clean up the trope. I'm sure a lot of this is dated to when the site was edgier as well.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Eh, well... we'll see. Given that we've had the exact same issues with Getting Crap Past the Radar, I'm not really inclined to be optimistic about these examples. But we'll see.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessWell GCPTR wasn't meant to be subjective, and that cleanup ended up being a mess in its own right (it really should be Trivia), hence my caution.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. This was added to YMMV.Master Detective Archives Rain Code
- Accidental Innuendo: Hopefully accidental, at least, but Fubuki's "hyperventilating" sprites look... questionable.
Is this a ZCE (I'm sure it is) and does it count?
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupIt does look somewhat suggestive but still a ZCE so rewrite it.
The pessimist sees a dark tunnel, the optimist sees a light, the realist sees two lights and the engineer sees three idiots. Here's a rewrite from the image alone (I'm unfamiliar with the material).
- Accidental Innuendo: Due to the artists giving her relaxed eyes, sweat, and even a bit of drool, Fubuki's "hyperventilating" sprites make her look less anxious and more flustered.
- Accidental Innuendo: One of Buggy the clown’s nicknames is “the flashy fool”.
i'm pretty sure the "flashy" is supposed to mean "extravagant and Out There(tm)". obviously not flashing Buggy's clown junk.

Stan GaruKaru for clear skinWell obviously it's not intended to be, that's the "accidental" of "accidental innuendo." But most people don't use "flashy" when talking about flashing so it does feel like a stretch.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.5x I'm not familiar with the material either, so depending on the context in which that portrait is shown, it might not be accidental.
On a semi-hiatus from this site due to being busy with other things (may contribute here and there, but nothing major).
Of course they'd be "sticky and wet" from spilling sugary juice on themselves? That's definitely a reach
