The previous image was removed by crowner, but given the manga is known for being Darker and Edgier than most things related to Pokémon, I think there are several suggestions for a image, because yeah, this manga can go places.

The last one is from Pokémon The Electric Tale of Pikachu, not Pokémon Adventures.

I recognize Black Fog anywhere.

I would go for either the Arbok or the Undead Psyduck. The Rayquaza one is just tame in comparison.
