One of my fav obscure animes has a discussion?! I don't think the antagonist matters that much, and I prefer their full bodies with the interesting "Tokyo under attack" bg behind them rather than the plain one in OP.
How about the same but with the title?

The current image for Anime.Terror In Resonance shows the three main characters in front of a ruined city. (It's also a square, which leads me to believe its a cropped version of some other key visual/poster.) While somewhat illustrative, it leaves out the show's title and the main antagonist. Here is my replacement suggestion:
