Crowner's hooked.
Shouldn't "7.1 for Clue, Evidence, and a Smoking Gun" be an option because several tropers voted for it?
In this case, the image will take up enough vertical space to create a gap between the description and the example section, which is a suboptimal layout. :P
In general, Multi Part Pictures are used when they're necessary, but they miss the "concise" part of "clear, concise, witty". Showing a sequence of events is a good reason to use one, but this trope doesn't actually need a sequence - it's just the best suggestion we have so far. In a static medium, the same joke could easily be told in a single panel.

The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableVotes bump, two in green and one in consensus range.
Clear, Concise, Witty is only for trope names and examples, not for images and the like. As long as the pic doesn't exceed 4 vertical panels, then it's fine.
This is at five days but giving it an extra bump for ^
And what about the other option in the crowner?
I'd like to apologize for all this.Damn...I misread the post about adding 7.1 for that page and thought it had already been put on the page. Still, it's got a commanding lead over all the other options so I'll put it on the page.
Done and tagged; caption for either pic?
No discussion, closing.

Sherlock Can Read
We have so many images with three panels, why is this one a problem? Also, if we remove the 2nd panel, it wouldn't make sense. The trope is about a character appearing like they deduced/guessed something right, but they actually just noticed the obvious.
