Pull. The jump in styles and the goofy expression in the second panel make this a poor illustration. Even once you know what it's going for it's not immediately obvious that the second situation is the bad one.

The intention of the image is showing a heartwarming event in the top image, which was later referenced with a more threatening tone in the bottom image. However, the IP discussion thread noticed how unclear the bottom image may look, as without context, it just looks like a happy woman carrying a concerned woman, to the point that the top image actually looks way more serious. The caption also doesn't say why the bottom image is supposed to be unsettling.
