1.3 and 6 are both really good suggestions, but I think I lean towards 1.3 a little more, only because McLeach looks more outwardly sadistic than Bill, and Bill is already the page's quote.
Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.

I'd use 1.2 for MoralEventHorizon.Disney, since the current there doesn't show the moment.

Current. Frollo is clearly attacking a couple defenseless people and and the background fire emphasizes the demonic nature of the act. One of the better CM pics we have tbh. The Bill Cipher pic has a humorous tint that undercuts the tone.

I get Frollo is typically known as the "darkest" Disney villain but all the page consists of is him looming over the hero's with a sword albeit the molten copper makes it look more demonic. Some possible replacements?
