Light Vision Or Night Vision? Which Do You Prefer And Why?

I prefer light vision since it makes me feel comfortable for some reason.

Night vision. When you don't sleep much, light vision is medieval torture for the eyes.

Night Vision. It's cooler looking and much more appealing to the eyes: I also happen to use Dark Mode on every site that has it and even implemented a Dark Mode add-on on my laptop to give pages that don't have Dark Mode, well, Dark Mode.

Dark mode unless it's not very functional like TV Tropes's on mobile.

Light because it makes    evil    colored text a bit more distinct from regular colored text from my point of view.

Light cuz that's what the site looks like by default and which it's historically been.

Night Vision because the Light Vision burns my corneas and that's not a joke, whenever I accidentally switch, it's just pain. Also, all the links and text seems really faded on Light Vision compared to Night Vision?

Night mode. Every site should have a night mode.

I've never understood why we call it Light Vision and Night Vision instead of the far more commonly used Light Mode and Dark Mode... I get we're not like the other sites cuz we're quirky and different but that just seems pointless

x6 Huh, I strongly prefer TVT's own dark mode to the phone browser's own dark mode for websites. The latter just makes the link colors too bright

Night Vision's name made more sense when the links were green; it was emulating night vision goggles. Now they're blue and the joke is ruined.

Night vision because I like how nice the gray and blue combination is.

Light Vision, cuz Night Vision makes my brain feel a bit uncomfortable, usually because I'm so used to Light Vision.

That might be why Light Vision hurts my eyes so much. I'm so used to Night Vision that if I accidentally switch over, I can't even read anything.

Night vision, because I'm a creature of darkness and looking at lights hurts my eyes, especially when the screen is the brightest thing in the room.

It took me longer than I want to admit to understand what was being asked. Was about to go "I'd like night vision. My eyes would be shiny like a cat's, and that's baller." Then I looked to the right of the the post editor.

But with complete understanding on the topic at hand, night vision/dark mode all day, every day. I'm a night owl. I don't need to be blinded at 2am by whatever website or service I'm using.

I prefer Dark mode for everything but Tvtropes. I dunno but my eyes just can't adjust to it and I don't like how the blue links look against the background.

I use light because it's the default and I'm used to it. Using it in the dark doesn't bother me. I can always adjust my screen brightness.

I use night vision and have the brightness turned all the way down. :P

Light vision for when I'm at school, because it blends better into most school programs so the teachers can't immediately tell I'm troping instead of working. Night vision for home because I prefer the lights off in my room and light mode is too bright for that.
