no, Really 700 Years Old basically covers this entirely; adding the "specifically a little girl" part makes it The Same, but More Specific. plus we've moved away from using loli as a descriptor in names (see the note on Token Mini-Moe).
What characteristics are unique enough to justify 'Really 700 Years Old but for anime girls' that wouldn't be accomplished by just listing the character as Really 700 Years Old along with any other tropes associated with that character?
I would imagine this would run into extremely thorny content violation discussions besides.
that's my other main concern, yeah. the token mini-moe page is already a bit borderline on it with the page quote specifically mentioning lolis despite the rename and the note to avoid using the term. having a page specifically for this character archetype (which, again, entirely overlaps with really 700 years old) would make things even worse
I don't think we'd want such a trope given the troubled history of Lolicon and Shotacon neƩ Lolicon and we used to have Legal Jailbait.
(That said, I am not particularly convinced that Really 700 Years Old is broad enough to apply in this case. That trope does specify very ancient, perhaps immortal beings, a 20-year old that looks like a 14-year old wouldn't count I think)
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanOlder Than They Look might cover it, then.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure Purenessalso keeping in mind the OP's inquiry is specifically "ancient", which would put it in the timeframe of RSHYO rather than OTTL
@OP: If it helps, the usual term for those characters is "lolibaba" ("baba" here meaning old hag).

I have an intense disdain for all tropes based on fetishization of visually underage characters. Like, seriously. If we cover this it should simply be a fanspeak article saying, "This exists, now shut the fuck up about it you sickos."
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"I believe for the term "loli" we have Lolicon and Shotacon. We used to have Legal Jailbait for the more general concept.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThank you No Username, that was a great explanation!
This seems to be quite ubiquitous in the world of Light Novels, Manga, and Anime. In many cases it's just a justification for a character to get romantically involved with a woman who looks 13-14 years old. I know we have "Really 700 Years Old" and "Older Than Tey Look", but this seems to have its own characteristics.
