I cringe so hard reading old conversations of mine, specifically the Wiki Talk ones and some TLP ones. I had some really weird hot takes at points and was bad at stepping away when necessary; lately I've been better at removing myself from threads that frustrate me but in the past I was often too stubborn to concede (the S/Sh debate in the Alliteration discussion lives in my nightmares)

I have launched and created 5 tropes/indexes so far, and Freshman Fears, launched in very late 2020, is probably the only trope I am disappointed making, and if I made it today, I would probably change a few things up with the description. Granted, it was the first trope page I made, and I only joined a few months prior to creating and launching the trope.

I remember what few posts I made in World Building (and maybe Writer's Block too?) back in ye olden days of 2020, and uh, it definitely reeks of 13-year old me making up stuff on the spot and trying to pass it off as worldbuilding. Now that my writing has significantly improved since then (and I'm also making a serious effort at worldbuilding with a few projects of mine), I regret charging into that corner of the forums completely unprepared.

On another note, I despise my username. It's an Artifact Title on multiple counts (I no longer edit Wikipedia, nor do I go by Goose online), and the capitalization's wonky (seriously, why the hell didn't I capitalize "from"?). I'd create a new account, but I don't want to bother with that.

I've lurked since the days when TV Tropes still troped hentai, including ero-guro. I'm pretty certain that was before The Second Google Incident. The fact that I remember that part should explanation enough. Good riddance to that garbage.

When I created Dingo Pictures page. That was just bashing without adding tropes. Or if there were tropes then it was in the most negative way.

I don't know what's worse: my edits on Wild Kratts, or the fact that some of them are still on the page and I haven't gotten around to cleaning them up yet because I've gotten sidetracked with other projects.

Nice but also not so nice to know that an aspect of my cringey writing style hasn't died after 11 years. And the username, well...that's a timeless relic.

Roleplaying as "characters" in the worst way possible on Our avatars are posting on a forum thread back in July-August 2022, when I just joined the site. What makes it sadder is that there was much more activity than now, so it just feels like a waste of potential on my part.

When I first started delving into wiki activity, I thought I had to go to a cleanup thread for literally any input I wanted to do, even things I could do myself (before any of you come in to say that sometimes you do need input for things like cutting pages/bad entries, you're correct, it's just that sometimes you can just comment out ZCEs and delete misuse yourself as you see fit).

I once asked to restore the Fridge cleanup thread, asked if I could delete some natter on some Fridge page, and did virtually nothing else with it.

I signed on to make character pages for OCs in my sandbox I lost interest in it after I stopped liking RWBY.

I did that, kinda. One of my first cleanup thread posts was me popping into the ZCE thread to announce I hid the ZCE on a trope page, as if it would somehow be controversial. I also at the time thought that the threads had more regulars than they really do (imagine if every thread was like CM/MB and you get my thought process) so I was really awkward about it, haha.

When I first started being active around Image Pickin', I used to be really strict about duplication, even if it was incredibly minor (like a former image on Costume Evolution happening to use a couple renders that were also used on a How to Train Your Dragon character page). In many instances, the new pics were ultimately better, but I still wonder why I was so trigger-happy to fault images for this.

Back when I first started editing the site and posting in the forums, I didn't know preview mode existed. That made editing pages way harder because I would make an edit to the page, accidentally make a mistake while editing and would only be able to catch them after I've already saved my changes, which forced me to once again edit a page and generally repeat the process.

• A long time ago before the restrictions on adding someone as a Complete Monster were added, I tried to add that Courtney from Total Drama was one.
• Some of my very first trope pages (which were not very good) are still around and I am too embarrassed to go back and try to edit them. Hopefully others fixed them up a little in the meantime.
• I also wish I could change my username because it’s the name I used on a now-defunct online game I haven’t played since middle school.
