It works for me. As the start of the trope's description, it's mentioned that queens in fiction are either tyrannical and ruinous or benevolent and beautiful. I see the picture of Queen Victoria and it clearly communicates that she's the second kind.

Mostly to move the image that used to be on it to Knighting personally I'd rather not have an image of a real life royal as the image for the trope to be honest considering all the oppression we Brits did in her name during her reign. It feels... uncomfortable.

So I can't think of anything right now... meh.
I see it more as “the painting is portraying her as THQ with the aesthetics and regalia and looking towards heaven and whatnot”, not literally saying Vicky was a benevolent queen.
