So I've been thinking about notifiers a bit. They're incredibly important for helping editors understand what they may be doing wrong, even if a lot of editors tend to ignore them. And yet, there's a few issues with the notifier system, such as broken links, or the fact that we've apparently reached our limit for how many notifiers we can have. Nombretomado
mentioned wanting to work on them to make them more efficient and stuff, so I figured, why not talk about them on their own thread, and figure out what we can fix?

Decided to refine my Illegal Meta notifier by listing some examples of meta moments:
- The edit you made on [[page]] was a meta example on a Moments page. Such examples are not allowed. Moments of any kind are reactions to events taking place within the work itself — events external to the work don't count. These include, but are not limited to: social media posts by creators, viewer comments that aren't linked to an in-universe event and coincidences, positive or negative, involving creators.

- pre-commented: The [page] edit you've made includes pre-hidden information. Comments are used for editing warnings or for hiding exisiting Zero Context Examples, per How to Write an Example it is forbidden to add examples already commented-out. We don't keep placeholders, examples are either ready or will have to wait.

I've been seeing more and more tropers insert potholes at the top of a page, even outside of Trope Namer examples. I was wondering—would the Sinkhole notifier cover this, or should there be a new notifier about What to Put at the Top of a Page?

On the work title notifier I noticed that the portion where italics are discussed uses quotation marks instead of actual single apostrophes so I think that might be confusing people going by a response to a notifier I sent I just got .

Has there been any discussion about adding a notifier about citing the trailer in an upcoming work page? Or maybe make the ZCE or speculation notifiers include a bit about that?
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.
There's an "unreleased works" notifier.
That, I'm not sure about, but it seems too niche to need a full notifier.
