Elliot was just enjoying the belly rubs. Until he heard the bloodcurling scream and saw a skeleton fall a good three feet away from him.
He exited from his brief trance, not really knowing what just happened, but ultimately shrugged it off.
He did feel a bit suspicious of Valecor, however, and nervously distanced away from him accordingly, scooting next to Zoe.
"well, that was something," he chuckled.

"Something it was." she giggles before frowning. "That Valecor guy leaves a bad taste in my mouth. No literally,I tasted some of the nightmare fuel coming off of him. Wouldn't recommend it."

Elliot simply sported a nod and a chuckle. "Yeah," he said, "I wouldn't think he tastes great either. I tend to prefer mice and birds anyway. Especially old ones who've already lived their lives. That and pizza."

As Billy was talking with Dave and the High Armorer, he noticed Valecor arriving to the Party. Billy immediately have a feeling of something wrong from him. However, being new and not involved with the wider events until now, Billy is not aware yet of Valecor's true intent or leaning, so Billy greets Valecor when he arrived as a matter of formality, despite being slightly intimidated by his appearance.
Some times later passed. Billy first decided to answer President Snow by saying that he wanted the relaxing path. Time then passed again, and he suddenly heard a bloodcurdling scream, before a mangled skeleton landed on the floor near him, something his tributes also noticed. He gets a bit spooked by the skeleton, especially with how damaged it is, and not knowing where it comes from. Billy then sees Valecor again walking by, and he finally gets a conscious feeling that there's something wrong with him
His tributes are also spooked by it obviously. Giorno, Nidorohan, and Jolyne gasped and have scared look on their face as they don't know how it could happen. Marinette, on the other hand,et put a scream at the horrifying sight of the damaged skeleton, while Gloria reacted by talking in her usual accent, in a scared and confused tone. They all also feel there's something wrong about Valecor.
Giorno is about to investigate by planning to turn the skeleton into insects with his Stand to track where it's from and what happened, but he has to stop because he realized how it could cause suspicion and get President Snow to punish him, his fellow tributes, or his nominator in some way. Marinette also thinks of the same as Giorno when she's about to try find a place to transform to Ladybug safely.
After the whole incident, Billy decided to find another nominator to talk to

Valecor returns to the party. He goes to the table and hands the bottle of nightmare fuel to Snow.
Here Snow. Use this to find where the company that's sending these bottles is.
Snow takes the bottle and gives it to one of his staff for analysis. Valecor then turns to the others.
Should probably let you fellers know that I sent part of myself to the world Scipion ruined. I'm there right now and there's definitely some weird things going on.
Oh? What kind of weird things? And how were you sent there?
GASK sent me there with their portal technology. Among other things...
Valecor tells him about the disturbing recording.
Now that I've arrived in the ruined world, I saw the sign for myself. It said something about the tributes having never left and the place being called Voidlands. And now I'm about to fight what seems to be an electric t-rex and a ice skeleton of Ridley.
The detective paces back and forth, thinking about all this.
Let's see... the sign mentioned tributes never leaving... I saw t-rexes and Ridley in the original games but not like that...
The detective stops in his tracks.
I think I have it. The tributes from the original games are still around, but as eldritch enemies in that ruined world.

Thanos went to the Evil Digimon Army's chambers, intending to recruit them into his cause as well. He first met with Machinedramon, the gigantic dragon-like beast that served as one of Lucemon's underlings
Thanos: Hello, Machinedramon, can I speak to your superiors> I have a proposition for them.
Machinedramon: I'll see, Lord Lucemon may not be in the mood today to speak to a mere mortal, he's been quite busy working on some secret projects with the other Demon Lords, but I see if I can get him to talk to you. Hey Piedmon, give me a hand with this!
Piedmon: Allow me to.
Piedmon then summoned a small orb in which Lucemon's face could be seen, he was rather annoyed by the two Dark Masters' interruption.
Lucemon: What do you two need? Make your requests and then leave me alone!
Machinedramon: Master, the being known as Thanos wished to speak with you to talk about an alliance he was forming...
Lucemon: Alright, I'll take it, let me speak with Thanos.
Thanos then looked at the orb and began speaking to Lucemon.
Thanos: Lucemon, I've come here to make a deal with you, I am on a quest to balance life across the multiverses, and I was hoping you'd be willing to help me.
Lucemon: How do you plan on achieving this "balance"?.
Thanos: By exterminating half of all lifeforms, I would usually like to do it through merciful methods, but given the conditions and nature of the omniverse, that has become an impossibility for that method, so I'll have to get my hands full of blood by performing attacks on every planet that I can find, do you accept to help me with this goal?
Lucemon was easily convinced of helping out, after all, he was a Digimon, he couldn't care any less about organic beings and their needs, and perhaps he could use those planets Thanos decimated as groundwork for obtaining power.
Lucemon: Fine, a deal it is, then, Thanos.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."
The High Armorer regards the corpse at his feet with as much respect as a discarded casing. He crouches to inspect the remains, and then turns to President Snow.
"With all due respect, Mr. President, I feel your sniper was severely lacking in... performance. Fret not, when the Capitol chapter of the Leaden Church is established next week, my Lectors will hold open training sessions for your Peacekeepers — free of charge, of course. The blessings of Pyrovolos shall do wonders to the marksmanship of your troops.
Meanwhile, his tribute, G, has been munching on the various food served on the banquet table. He is not oblivious to what is happening, mind, but he would rather restrain himself until the Games start.

Billy decided to approach and talk to Zoe, trying to talk to another nominator. He decided to start the talk, by saying, "Hello there. I heard from conversations that you are Zoe. Anyway, as for my name, I reckon you have already heard my introduction. If not, then my name is Billy." Billy soon extends his hand for a handshake to Zoe, as a matter of formality.

The Voidlands
While Galeem and Dharkon were brought along by Valecor, the two watch for a moment just to so what Valecor can do.
The electric t-rex fires a blast of electricity at Giegue and Valecor as the ice Ridley chills the air around him to form ice shards which are then sent flying in their direction. Valecor quickly merges into the shadows before emerging a few feet away and shooting a dark energy crystal into the dinosaur. Suddenly the dinosaur roars in pain as its body gets absorbed into the crystal until there's nothing left. Valecor then takes care of Ridley by firing a laser from his mouth at him, vaporizing him. However the melted ice releases a poison cloud that starts to spread.
Let's get out of here before that poison reaches us!
They move away from the scene and into the fog. After a while they stop to rest. By now the fog has cleared and they can properly look at their surroundings.
I told the folk about our findings here back at the nominator party, and Det. GC put together a theory: what we're up against is abomination versions of the original tributes...
His thoughts are interrupted by Dharkon, who is pointing a tentacle to something in the distance.
Sorry to interrupt, but I see a building in the distance. Is the force field supposed to be working?
What? No! The arena force field shouldn't be working in this ruined world!
He looks to where Dharkon is pointing. Sure enough in the far distance was a force field around an eldritch mansion of some sort.
Well at least we have a destination now...
He turns back and sees a dark blue brick wall he hasn't noticed before, with the words "4th wall" spray-painted on it in white. Suddenly it opens its single, bright orange eye as it opens it light blue, lit up mouth full of razor sharp teeth, revealing the bones of both the author avatars and the real versions of all the nominators.

Power is taken aback by the skeleton. While she's used to seeing tributes being reduced to them, the way this guy was killed was almost like how King Sombra spread his dark crystals to trap ponies when he took over the Crystal Empire.
And just when she thought that the spookiness was over, she hears the revelation about the Voidlands. If there are eldritch versions of 6k1's tributes, that could only mean... a Lambie who rips skeletons out of tributes instead of cuddling them... a Toriel who cackles as she throws children off mountaintops... a Papyrus who has no qualms about killing his friends or even his own brother... the list goes on. Her memories of what her tributes did in the Original Timeline may have faded... but now they have been dredged up from the deep recesses of her mind.
And then... another memory flashes like a series of gunshots. She was enjoying herself in the second Nominator Games in the OT... until Wario Guy made her into his vessel. As his heart gradually started taking over hers, she tried fighting back by staying true to herself... but she couldn't. She completely lost it towards the end of the season, driving her to kill fellow nominator Hydraloonie, and even Wario Guy himself. She may have won that season... but at what cost?
Now, she cannot help but wonder what the eldritch version of herself looks like. She most likely resembles Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker combined (albeit without wings), with her loss of sanity taken to the extremes.
"Power! Power! Are you alright?" cries out Ralsei, shaking her to snap her out.
The unicorn finds herself lying sideways on the floor, her hooves held near her body as she cowers and breathes haphazardly. Her eyes dart around rapidly, and beads of sweat form on the side of her head.
I thought the old world was destroyed...

"Ah, very well, then. I'll have them ready when you are, Detective. When you're ready, send a signal and I'll have my forces ready to be sent."

(Before the High Armorer and Billy left to do their own things....)
"I offer you an uncountable amount of resources for you to use, and drones for you to bolster your church's forces. In return, I ask of you access to all of your weapons, and your help when danger arrives. Is that alright?" Dave tells Furias and Billy.
Afterwards
Dave returns to his seat. Suddenly, Valecor appears. Keeping his nerves composed, Dave says nothing.
Later on, Snow offers his two routes to the Arena.
"I'd like to join the leisurely route with Power Stroke, please," Starfall says. Dave nods in agreement. "Recent events have certainly makes me feel truly stressed. A relaxing stroll should do if I end up getting on the season."
Time passes some more before suddenly a scream is heard and a skeleton shows up out of nowhere. Dave snorts in boredom. "That just happened. Okay."
"Why aren't you surprised by it?" Link and the fairies said at the same time. They then blinked at that, before bursting into laughter. Yen Sid, James Bond and Dave himself try and fail to suppress a smile.
"To answer that question," Dave said once the four calms down, "I'll say this: where I came from, this kind of thing is pretty much one of the norm. That's how much of a Crapsack World (forgive the swearing there) it was. And that's not even scratching the surface."
"I would say something of wit to that, but I have nothing this time," says 007, in a tone that betrays a slight hint of shock.
"Surprising, but considering my world is pretty much Hell (or Tartarus) to you, I understand. Anyway, you see that? This is why we should stay on guard."
The group agrees.
Some more time passes. Then Valecor returns, and the group overhears his and Detective Gamechanger's conversation on the ruined world, now called the Voidlands. Not a bad name, but Dave still prefers other names.
The reveal of eldritch versions of tributes and even nominators greatly disturbed him. While he himself managed to resurrect himself and escaped into a hidden place beyond time and space just before the Original Timeline fully crumbles, it seems a piece of him is left behind. There's also the various eldritch versions of tributes still there; he thought he'd return them all back. If he has to make a hypothesis, either the Voidlands managed to copy Galeem's puppet fighter move or something else happened.
His thoughts are snapped by Ralsei suddenly shouting and snapping Power Stroke out of her own thoughts.
It seems to him that she too, is afraid; after all, she was the one who found herself fighting for control of her own body and sanity last time. He can't help but to wonder where did Wario Guy disappeared to; he's certainly an enigma, even now. Did he escaped the chaos of the OT's final days? Poor Power is really shaking from those thoughts, and the possibility of her eldritch version makes her truly scared, as it seems.
Starfall doesn't truly understand what's happening, but he knows what to do. He steps to her and hugs her.
"There, there, it's going to be alright; what's done is done, it's in the past now."
"He's right, Power," Dave says encouragingly, "you weren't yourself that day. And we promise you that we will protect you in any way we can, alright?"
"Yep, count me in on that; a friend of my friend is my friend as well," Link says to her. His fairy companions show their agreement as well.
"Indeed, I can see that you have been through much, but there is always light in the darkness. Find that light, and learn from the past so you don't make the same mistake twice," Yen Sid wisely says.
Bond nods in support; he should know about the pain of the past.
"See? We're in this together, Power; You Are Not Alone. All we need is for you to be strong. A friend of ours, Terra, once said that 'the strength of heart will carry you through the hardest of trials'. You just need to find that strength within you, alright? We'll find a way to end this together," speaks Dave.

Ebony started to feel uneasy.Between the introduction of Valecor and some strange blue horselike creature breaking down, he brought his paws just a smidge closer together and looked down.
Life has been crazy as hell since the loss of his daughter.
Nervously, he stood up from his chair and looked for the bathroom to try and recollect himself.
[screaming in the distance]
Capitol
What? You totally have not joined the party late, you just have been kinda hanging out in the corner. You decided you to take the leisurely route. You're not sure if this is reverse psychology or no, but you don't have time to analyze it....Oh yeah, there's also this skeleton.
"haven't even started yet and we already have a kill, thanks."
At least you should be more prepared this time around. You're not quite... yourself, after all.
"Screw it, I AM going to enjoy this game!"

Billy decided to answer Zoe first, not being affected much by her unusual limbs. "Interesting. I also bring my own representatives to accompany me as well. There are 5 if you want to talk to them."
Billy then continues, "Anyway, can you tell me any interesting story about your partner? I am interested to hear what he is like, as well as talk to him."
Billy also responds to Elliot, "Hello Elliot. So, can you tell me some story about you? I am interested to hear them all."
Meanwhile, Billy's own tributes have left to help Power too. They introduced themselves to the nominators and tributes, before trying to help Power, consoling her. Indeed, they don't know anything about the old world as all the others, but they still try to put in an effort to help regardless.
Finally, Billy also greeted and introduced himself to the new arrival.
Flashback
Billy answered Dave, "Sounds like a great deal. I can also give you both access to my own properties to support you all and solidify our alliance." After some time, Billy motioned to Dave that he wanted to talk something to him in private.

Meanwhile, Marx has hitched a ride on a portal back home created by a team alongside his new capsule. He has ended in a laboratory and is hiding inside a storage room, waiting for the moment to escape and carry his capsule to safety.
Bale was just excited about the skeleton.
